Enjoyed two meals here recently, one at lunchtime sitting on the front watching the comings and goings on the wharf. Very tasty tapas. Evening meal also very good, for casual dining

This is one of the most delicious and entertaining meals I have ever had in a restaurant, I cannot recommend this place highly enough! It might not look very special at all, but do sit down at one of their beachside tables, enjoy the view and tuck into some of the yummiest food ever! We started with about 6-8 tapas,... More

My family of 7 adults was staying in Russell for the night and were so fortunate to stumble upon this place for dinner. It was fairly busy but the staff quickly accommodated us. We were treated to multiple rounds of wonderfully tasty tapas and the most beautiful sunset at the end of our table. Very reasonable, I would have been... More

We stopped here for a small lunch after we got off the trip to the 'Hole in the Rock'. The day was beautiful and we sat outside about five metres away from the water. We decided to pick from their tapas menu. We had prawn skewers, salt and pepper squid, feta and olives and chorizo sausage. The feta and olives... More

Came here for a Hen's dinner and glad I chose this restaurant to have it; what an excellent tapas menu! Great prices and good portion sizes! I highly recommend the seafood arancine and the calamari. The service was also fabulous and incredibly accommodating, especially as there was only 2 people on and it was a full house. If ever I... More

If you have difficulties to get a table a Duke Of Marlborough, don't hesitate to walk back 20 meters and grab a table at Wharf. Staff, although under numbered when we got there, was very efficient and quite nice. Food was excellent. My wife and daughter enjoyed mussels. Two different kind of sauce and big sized mussels. While my son... More

We had a fantastic evening in the Wharf watching the sunset in this beautiful location. The service by the waiter was first class. he felt his English was not great but we did not find it a problem and he was so attentive and genuinely charming. The tapas was lovely, well presented and delicious . I would recommend this restaurant... More

Twice over the last few weeks I have gone into The Wharf! The first time I went up to the counter to ask to see a menu and the waiter had just made a coffee and proceeded to walk past me to take it to the kitchen and never came back! No greeting! Today I thought we would try again... More

Locations don't come much better than the middle of Russell, and The Wharf has a great position, right at the end of the town Wharf. Food is good, but rather too much for my liking was pre-prepared and so didn't have the freshness that I would expect. The tapas was mostly pre-prepared and the chowder was just about Ok. Whilst... We ended up at this place after our first two choices were full booked (The Duke and The Gables) and were very pleasantly surprised!!! Four of us (two couples) enjoyed multiple tapas and all were very tasty as was the wine and drinks. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and social. Our waiter was Italian and had us chatting the entire... More
