Lovely open fire welcomed us in on a cold evening, as did the staff. Felt far better leaving than we did arriving! The roast chicken was yum.

I have never rated Robbie's very highly but we went here for a quick bite as it was closest to our motel. Was much better than I remembered and to be honest my expectations were not very high but I was impressed. Its definitely not 5-star or anything to write home about, but if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere... More

We went to Robbie's for dinner after a long drive. Unsure if they were having a bad night or what? They had pictures all over the restaurant advertising a roast, which looked delicious and had Yorkshire pudding and plenty of vegetables. I looked on the blackboard to see the roast of the day- as the menu stated. It was pork,... More

Our meal was up to the usual Robbie standard. Tasty and a good serving. But what disappointed me was the casual manager. He looked like he had been dragged in from the skate-boarding park. Kept his cap on the entire night! Even the waitress was dressed better. I thought the dress code would have been higher.

Good meal, good menu. More of a Pub-like atmosphere. You have to order at the bar and wait for your number to be called to collect your meal. Plenty of seating and tables. There is gaming facilities if you're into that sort of thing. Also there are TV's situated around the dining room featuring current sports games.

When we entered, there was no sign instructing us to wait to be seated or seat ourselves. There were only three other tables with diners, but we still had to flag down a server who did seat us. Menus came quickly, but nothing else did. Drinks were slow, but nothing compared to the glacial wait for our meals. I finally... More

Stopped in for dinner after all day motorbike ride home. They were really helpful with finding places to plug all our cell chargers in, served us promptly, chef can to double check on food allergy requirement, and it was a great meal.

2 main meals ordered 15/2/14 The service was dismal. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes and then left. No excuses for having to wait that long. You would have thought some waiting staff could have explained that the meal was going to be delayed for whatever reason. Ruined the evening as something else was planned instead my partner and I had... More

Although it did take a while to get to us, it was very tasty when it did arrive. Good size meals, and friendly staff. Music was maybe a little loud and found it hard to hear each other talking
