Good Food

Good food. Good choice. Excellent value for money. Seats on the deck overlooking the marina are probably the best place to sit

Popped in at 1.45pm for a quick lunch.....only 3 other tables there. Took 10 minutes to get attention, no offer of water. Only ordered 2 salads. 45 minutes later told would be 5 minutes, one salad arrived in 5 and then waited 10 minutes for second. Salads were good but if that is the normal standard level of professionalism that... More

We went to meet old friends for lunch and chose the speciality of fresh local fish served with a rice (cold) salad! A few hot chips may have been nice! The fish was excellent and the choice of wines to accompany also good. A pleasant but unspectacular luncheon in a great waterside location.

We were embarrassed by the poor service because a table of businessmen next to us were clearly hosting some Germans. It wasn't all that late (and they were still open), so no excuse for the terrible service. Hard to get someone's attention for a 2nd glass of wine, and the businessmen table next to us had their main meals forgotten.... More

We decided to give Revas the benefit of the doubt given the less than impressive reviews but it didn't quite work out. We asked for a table for dinner and the waitress made a bit of a show of checking the empty tables to make sure they had room for us (just the two of us wanting to dine and... More

This restaurant has it all for location. Sit with a drink and absorb the atmosphere but forget the food. It is heavy, stodgy tasteless and overpriced. We ordered a salad only to discover it was unavailable. We had the Thai salad, but really it was Thai in name only. Disappointing.

I LOVE the location of Reva's, its the only establishment right by the water in the basin and it has a lovely veranda which you can sit on outside and enjoy the boaty air and the sunshine. Reva's is however well overprices for the quality of food. Its very fry-heavy and the pizzas are very average. The staff always seem... More

Very enjoyable with the outside evening eating areas. Really makes it special.Food good with good variety and taste. Considered fairly expensive in comparison with other food outlets but that is Revas.

Nice setting, friendly staff who were efficient without being great. Very nice flavours and quite a good Seafood Chowder. But what let them down was 1 - the staff never asked if we wanted refills for our drinks - big missed opportunity here as 2 of us were rather thirsty after a long day. @ - someone needs to teach...
