They have a large Menu and I'm always trying different things and always find them a pleasant experience. The specialty is Breakfast, Lunch, Good Coffee and lots of other options The tables always seem to be busy particularly on the weekends and often we book a table in advance. The fresh produce specials of the day are usually worth a... More

Sitting outside by the Whangarei waterfront was very pleasant. A family party of nine all with different pancake orders did not faze the staff although it was a busy lunchtime. Best buy was Bacon and banana pancake!

Great for value for money. Not good if you like your food and you're looking for something with a bit of a difference. Standard brekkie options... Nice big potions but nothing special (lots of loaves Of budget bread on show) . But all in all okay. Nice staff and good coffee. Got my pancakes wrong but instead of taking it... More

We visited for lunch and we're not disappointed. The fish and chips was fantastic tasting and was well presented. The BLT was also of a high quality with very crispy bacon.

Had brekkie here one day, pancakes with maple syrup and banana's which was yummy. Also stopped for lunch on another trip through and had mushrooms on toast which was also good. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal, but they did all come out at different times which was a bit annoying. Best feature, no surcharge on public holidays which... More

Lack of view of the marina was made up for by the delicious food and beverage. We enjoyed a very generous serving of smoked kingfish hash with poached eggs, and a tasty burger made with delicious ciabatta bun. Excellent coffee which came out fast, although a little pricey.

The brakfast is good. Fish and chips are plentiful. The toasted sandwiches are yummy and you can have them witha side of chips. If having water take the carafe as it is free so dont buy a bottle. There are seats inside and out and tbe toilets are very clean.

We went for lunch and really enjoyed our experience. Staff were friendly and professional. We ordered three different meals - the Mini Grill, the mahi mahi and eggs Benedict. We were really happy with all three. The meals were quick to arrive and were perfectly cooked. Will definitely return next time we are in Whangarei.

This is a great Cafe! I am currently in Whangarei and visiting as many places in northland as i can. This cafe is well worth a mention, plenty of carparking, in the Whangarei Basin( Harbourside), although the cafe doesnt look over the water it is nearby the harbourside amid the Tourist information center area centrally located in Whangarei. Excellent service... More
