Love the corn fritters!

This is a very popular café and it is often hard to find a spare table. Brunch or breakfast before the crowds arrive is a good option. My go to meal here is the corn fritters and bacon though the build your own breakfast option is also an option. There is plenty to choose from on the blackboard... read more

Had breakfast here with my daughter while staying at the nearby Distinction Hotel. They wouldn't allow me to order a half-portion of eggs bene, so went for poached eggs (which I requested to be lightly poached) and bacon. Eggs were overcooked and more like hard-boiled, but the bacon was ok. Daughters pancakes were very nice. We sat at bar-stools and... More

Great coffee, excellent atmosphere and open till late unlike most cafes in Palmerston North. Can be very busy so seating not always available and sometimes need to cue for a coffee. Plenty of outside seating available so great In the summer.

We've been here a couple of times now, and have enjoyed both visits, the second of which was for a family birthday dinner. This place has good service without too great a waiting time, and pleasant staff. The food was good, well presented and the overall cost was quite reasonable. It is obviously popular with the locals, so pays to... More

Great service, delicious food and beverages just what you want in a cafe. It would be great if they offered coffee orders by text or a separate coffee order queue just for those looking to pick up a quick beverage without waiting in the food queue. Will revisit without a doubt.

Honey mustard chicken salad the first night which was a taste sensation but was surpassed the next night by the Thai beef salad. A total taste sensation. Both were under 20.00 and so very reasonable . My companion had the taster platter which was also great. .

Busy café open all day with friendly staff. Quick service and nice food, would recommend the smoothies. Has choice of outside or inside seating. Delicious cakes and slices as well.

We went here for breakfast and had a great meal. Fab smoothie (a meal in itself), great coffee and amazing hash brown stack. As a black pudding 'connosieur' my husband was very pleased with his added side!

I had dinner and breakfast here. However I have to say the breakfast was sensational. I think I would only eat here next time I visit for breakfast. Dinner was good too, however breakfast was just a stand out. I had the hash brown stack and the French roll... Yummy!!
