The chips tasted like they had been re heated multiple times, burger and drinks were ok. Restaurant was tidy but bins were full to over flowing although staff had nothing to do ! Manager even did a walk through and didn't even notice that rubbish was hanging out of the bin.

I am sick of this, sure I know kids make mistakes but this place looks like a kindergarten, one manager adult and 13 children , ask for 2 bacon deluxe, get 2 bacon double cheese burgers, tell them the mistake and they show me the receipt to prove me wrong? This is the worse one in oz

The most terrible coffee I ever tasted. Train your baristas properly please! The girl making the coffee had no idea in what she was doing. I was dying for a coffee as I'm on the road most of the day and I honestly would of gone to Maccas but I thought I would give you guys a try. I will... More

I occasionally go here when visiting from Esperance and every time I have visited I have had the same horrible experience. At 2 pm there was a huge line up and only one person on the register. The food took a while and the chips were especially bad. The restaurant itself was very messy. There were multiple tables that were... More

We went to Ashfield HJ on last Saturday 21st Sep. around 9 pm at Parramatta road. The manager was extremely rude. Did not take order properly. The bun and lettuce inside the burger was totally stale. Will never ever visit that store again.

We were very disappointed with the whole HJ experience. Only one person serving on a Saturday lunchtime (1pm). Very harassed and uptight person whose demeanour did not inspire faith in receiving good service. One other person serving was attending to drive-through orders. We didn't get what we ordered however once we received our order, after such a long wait we... More

Did the drive through first night here for a quick bite - took 15 minutes, there were 4 cars in front of me... For the rare fellow from the USA, or Canada or Europe, Hungry Jacks is Burger king. Just changed the name here since it was apparently taken
