Just ok

Called in late on a Saturday evening with friends. No trouble getting a table and we all ordered steak. Each of us had it cooked differently and it was yummy. However we were told they don't cook fries (on requesting them) and the meal just wasn't sufficient on its own. To top it off the waiter... read more

A small intimate restaurant with courteous staff. Our meal was tasty and presented beautifully. I would visit again and recommend to others. Jake

Thank you for ruining my first wedding anniversary. My husband and I were so excited to go out for a nice dinner to celebrate our special occasion. We carefully planned where to go, made a reservation and eagerly waited for the day to arrive. As we are seated I notice our table was not particularly clean and the remnants of... More

We were very disappointed. We were really looking forward to trying this place because I had read nice things on their website. The prices were very expensive. We were there for happy hour. I don't know about happy! It took us half an hour to get served, and it wasn't too busy. The guy serving didn't deem to know what... More

We go here often - mostly for breakfast. Food is good, the service friendly and personal. General environment is a bit cold, but warms up with more patrons on a Friday for happy hour. Only thing that really puts me off is their open salt shakers - you have to take a pinch of salt with your fingers, and I... More

Polite staff member seated us and got our water. Had the mushroom risotto, which was watery boiled rice, no creaminess, our other entree the squid was worth a special mention, it was excellent. The duck was tough, without any flavour and the dessert we chose they had run out of. Expensive with no value for money, would not recommend.

We've eaten here before, and it was impressive, but this time, something wasn't there. We had dinner, my partner the fish, and me the chicken dish which was quite bland. My partner enjoyed the fish. The desserts were excellent. What let the experience down this time was, the female waitress made me a terrible Mojito, and forgot the alcohol part,... More

We dined here on the 28th of December as we were staying at the Mantra. It was just my husband and myself and it happened to be my 40th birthday, it was a fantastic place with great food and service. The menu is smallish however we had no trouble finding plenty that appealed to us and I could quite easily... More

Tthe restaurant staff were fantastic and got a table set up in no time. They were friendly and very helpful. The food was great, we mostly ordered from the waffle and pancake menu and everyone was happy with their meals.Would love to try the dinner menu soon.

We dined here on 28th Dec as we were staying at the mantra. Highly recommended, the service was fantastic, the meal wonderful. It was not cheap however they were generous size meals and although it wasn't a huge menu we had no trouble finding something we liked and I'm quite sure we will go back and work our way though...
