Nice enough

We had a craving for a fish supper and we're recommended this chippie so off we popped. The good was fine and there was plenty if it but we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't sit in and enjoy them - having to eat hem in our car. It's a minor gripe.

This is a great little fish and chip shop. The chips here are big and soft. You don't receive many little, crunchy chips that are practically inedible. The fish I ate was nice as well. A little oily, but that's what you expect at a local fish and chip joint. Their dim sims were tasty too. The young girls working... More

Reasonably priced fish & chips! Fish was a bit dry & crumbly. Chips were nice. Calamari was yummy. Quick & easy meal on lazy nights.

Tired from a long trip we opted for Fish and Chips and on ordering noticed the fish was already battered and part cooked, which was unusual....apparently this speeds up service. However, this didn't didn't impact our enjoyment and the Chips were just perfect and plentiful.

Nothing too special about Cons. It's just honest old-fashioned fish n chips. Good in its own way. Busy at peak hour, especially Friday night, which tells you something. There are some non-seafood options (burgers etc) but we haven't tried them.

Went to Cons Fish shop again and was not disappointed, well maybe a little. Food as always was consistent and possibly the best potatoe cakes and chips ever, souvlaki was ok. This is my problem though. Last time my order was taken by a young Asian lady that works there. Her grasp of the English language was quite bad and... More
