This restaurant is in the heart of Acland Street. We went last Saturday night. We were glad that we had booked as it was busy and in fact we saw the tables turn over a couple of times. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food came out quite quickly. We loved all the dishes we chose. The servings... More

Great food and very friendly staff. A bit slow as they are very busy ( make a booking) . Would have liked the music a bit louder as we couldn't hear it and that is the theme of the restaurant. Food was excellent so we will definitely return here.

I like Malaysian food, but I often think of it as heavy, dark, and spicy. But for all of us eating here, we got light, tasty, and novel. Service was very fast: our mains arrived at noodle bar speed. Everyone thought their dish was excellent. This is a tightly packed restaurant with plenty of chatter and noise, but it was... More

Have been into this restaurant quite a few times over many many years because of the consistent quality of food and excellent service. Even on nights where is it traditionally quiet (early in the week) . Certainly will go back

We didn't feel like eating out so decided to get take away instead. One of my husband's favourite dishes is Kway Teow and he was not disappointed. They made his dish hot and spicy as he asked, and my Nasi Goreng was mild and beautifully flavoured. Our entrees were delicious, Chicken satay sticks with a tasty satay sauce, and for... More

Went for an impromptu lunch on Sunday. Food was fantastic, reasonably priced and the service was friendly and efficient. We had curry leaf prawns and a beef dish with dried chillies. Both were rich, flavoursome and very well presented. We will definitely go again.

Visited with overseas guests. Service was very good. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. It surprised us how much of the food was 'deep fried'. Perhaps, it was just those dishes that we ordered. It reminds me to ask more questions before I order (at any restaurant) next time. The worst dish was the soft shell crab. It just tasted... More
