When first walking through the front door, you are welcomed by a cafe/canteen style restaurant with a fresh and clean type of feel. High ceiling, large uncovered wooden tables and dark chairs fill the large space. Menus are simple paper menus, which are broken down into different sections to make reading the menu easy. Although the bistro area out front... More

It is a smart casual kind of place. There are families, couples and friends but not raucous or a loud environment that you would expect. The orders came quickly and queries were answered promptly. There were five of us and many demands with drinks, entrées and mains were made. It was my husband's birthday and we joked if we could... More

Find hard to comprehend how a restaurant can charge 25 dollars for an extra small, dry, nothing pizza and get away with it. Not me!!! Having been here before with friends on a previous trip to Oz, I kept well clear of pizzas and ordered king fish fillet, which was delicious and worth the extra four dollars. The Italian Soave... We have been long standing, satisfied and loyal customers of Mr Wolf . Waiting staff are great , especially Craig and pizzas and salads always super. Its an expensive place and we have swallowed this in the past however after a few recent incidents we will swallow it no more. 1. Charging 2 bucks a pop to serve cup cakes... More

Stopped for an early dinner before going on the Spirit of Tasmania based on friend's advice. We did notice we were the only ones there without kids, but that didn't spoil our experience. It would seem it is a family friendly place! Extensive beer list and drinks menu. We only had olives and pizzas, but they were fantastic and the... More

Good pizza but just too expensive for what it is. I wont be back, although I by no means disliked it. There's just better options. Went here with 2 families, both of us with toddlers. Its certainly a good family restaurant, catering to young kids. We arrived at our reserved table with child seats already set up and colouring-in kids... More

Great entrees, and I loved the desserts as well. Be sure to try the blueberry pie! And the service was exceptional as well.

Delicious food. Pizza base was great. Buffalo mozzarella on pizza was very nice. Pizza's were about $20 each, which I think is a bit pricey. My husband had the wet dish for about $30 which he enjoyed very much. The pea and radish salad was SUPERB!! Calamari was good. Desserts were fantastic! They have an earlier sitting time for families... More

I'm not sure what the fuss is about with Mr Wolf pizza's, the pizza's are good but no way great. I was disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. Maybe there are just too many crappy pizza venues around making Mr Wolf look good or maybe I'm just a hard pizza critic however I've just had much better pizza's at... More
