Great food and service in the Paris end of Pakington Street, Winters Cafe has been a consistently great example of what getting the basics right can do. Brunch on a recent Sunday morning, (post exercise, so we were starving) was yet another reassuring experience of where Geelong's future lies. Packed both upstairs and down, coffees were ordered and quickly delivered... More

Best cafe in Geelong hands down. Great friendly and efficient service. Amazing food and the menu changes with the seasons so never gets old. Great for brekky or lunch, can't get enough of winters!

How can you get a simple ham and cheese toasted sandwich wrong?!? Then charge $12 for it and that's on a kids menu!! If you're there with a family of 4, don't expect to walk out with much change out of $100. The food is from a typical cafe trying to be too fancy and failing miserably at it. Not... More

My family and I took a stop along Geelong on our way to the Great Ocean Road, and thought Winters might be a good choice. The food was generally good. However, we ordered a salmon, which was raw in the center. When we highlighted that it was raw to the waiter, he mentioned that they were sorry, and asked if... More

We had a fabulous lunch at Winters. Freshly prepared, healthy ingredients, and really creative mixing of flavours. My partner had the Thai Larb salad, which was great and had some creative touches; I had the Japanese fresh seafood platter which was stunning. The chef certainly knows how to add a unique touch without losing the essence of the traditional dish.... More

Came here for a Saturday brunch - coffee was excellent and our son enjoyed his milkshake. Service was friendly and very efficient. Downstairs was incredibly busy, but the kitchen didn't seem phased and were pumping out the meals relatively quickly. Two of us had a cooked breakfast - it was nice, but certainly not the best I've had for the... More

You are always greeted with a smile and the staff are happy to help. Food is good but nothing that's going to blow your mind, coffee is great. A little on the pricier side as you're looking at $10.5 for poached eggs but I guess when you're paying for the 'designer breakfast' it is the price you pay. Great place... More

Winters always uses such fresh ingredients, ensuring that their food is consistently delicious. I love the fact that they use and promote local Geelong produce, such a fantastic way to help out our neighbouring businesses.
