Serious about their coffee

This is definitely my go to coffee place in Geelong-my family and I are here at least five days a week and we have introduced many others to this little gem. This is definitely my go to coffee place in Geelong-my family and I are here at least five days a week and we have introduced many others to this little gem. The service was poor - in particular, abrupt and unfriendly. Coffee took a very long time to come and was burnt when it did arrive. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I'll keep this short: • loads of parking thanks to the location • cool vibe and tasteful setup • fantastic, consistent coffee (Dukes through a Slayer with someone who knows what they're doing!) • staff are lovely - never had less than a great experience and have been dozens of times • no, no wifi - but it's not an... Hidden away, laneway style off a public car park, is coffee to die for especially if the boss barista is on the job, not a lot of space here but cosy and comforting on a winters day..Food is tres healthy and so yummy, worth a visit, in a very competitive market, parking is also tight.

I had 'a spot for Joe' recommended to me by some friends and was not disappointed. They are able to cater for a range of dietary requirements. I had some amazingly delicious bircher muesli and a good latte. I would highly recommend this place to friends and since it is just up the road from my company's office in Geelong,... More

This place is a favourite of mine! Great place to catch up for a quick coffee or lunch. I have had many business meetings as well as casual catch ups with friends. Food is AMAZING, good variety considering the menu is small. Staff are all lovely and friendly though the guy making the coffee's could smile occasionally! Best sandwiches in... More

Food is great, coffee is hit & miss.. Sometimes burnt! I don't particularly enjoy coming to this cafe however has a good vibe, funky decor and to sum it up - the best out of a bad bunch in upper Geelong. I think if the couple who own and run the cafe perhaps work different days it might stop patrons... More

I visited here for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. I had been told through friends that they make an amazing mocha. I was not disappointed. The café has a real industrial style inside and there is something to look at all the time. It was really laid back and had a casual atmosphere. The freckle with your coffee... More

It's a great little cafe. Coffee is consistently terrific. The food is delicious and their selection of cakes are awesome. The Chorizo Panini is a must. Love this place!

We love a good coffee, and will go an extra distance for a killer brew, but unfortunately every time I have been here, the staff seem too busy being busy, and I feel like I am interrupting them by waiting patiently to be served. I love a hip little coffee house vibe, but these guys take themselves too seriously which... More
