Excellent little French restaurant, has great character, small and intimate. First things first the service was excellent, the waitress was very knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive. Visited on a quiet midweek night. Service and ambience was excellent, the specials board offered some great selections of French cuisine. I couldn't go past the Everything Wagyu' 600 day grain fed, 7+ marble score, it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Will be organising a food and wine dinner here very soon with friends.

Let me say first that the service was fantastic. But the food was so disappointing. The lamb we had for main course was tough and tasteless! Entree was a little better but still less than I expected.

Bouchon is a small restaurant with very limited menu. Your chosen dish may be unavailable. Escargots were great with lots of flavour, served in the traditional manner. Bouchon is a lovely restaurant with a small but genuinely french menu. It is surely the best place to try snails for the first time because they are absolutely delicious and the garlic butter just cries out for bread to dunk in it.
