Service was ok. Staff not that friendly. Coupon was worthwhile if you wanted tea or instant coffee... toilets were tiny and cramped.

Very disappointed!! Loved Beechworth Bakery in Beechworth so excited to find one when we were in Ballarat recently. Tried on 2 different occasions & both times food was awful coffee pretty average!! Pastry in pies undercooked, Eccles cakes were more apple tarts with few currants & only half full not anything like a real Eccles cake. Will not be going... More

We had lunch at the bakery and it was delicious. Lots of different choices. Sandwiches, foccacias, pies etc. something for everyone. The service was fast and the place was very well kept.

Central bakery - with lots on offer - only trouble is deciding - there is often a 10 deep queue at lunch hours - this moves quickly and it has a large seating area - a few vego options and bottomless coffee available - with kiddies zone.

Called in on our way to Melbourne, worth the detour off the highway. Great selection of food, I had a freshly made sandwich which was fantastic, the others enjoyed hot pies and pasties. You can buy an endless cup of tea or coffee. The selection of cakes and pastries is endless, there are just so many it is hard to... More

While in Ballarat for the weekend I stopped by around 7.30am on a Sunday morning to grab a coffee for myself and a babychino for my son while the girls slept in at the hotel. Staff are very friendly and professional, coffee was very good too.

While the service was lacking here we really liked the food we ate here on the way out of town. The pies and desserts were fresh and very well made.

As good as the other Beechworth bakeries we have eaten at throughout Victoria. With a big range of pastries, cakes and of course bread, there is something for everyone here. The bottomless coffee/tea for $3 are a good value if you like a couple of cups or for the budget conscious.
