Following reviews here we looked forward to a good Indian experience on our trip. We arrived and the atmosphere was pleasant and we were greeted pleasantly. First time ever we have had an electronic bell on the table to summon a waiter when we were ready to order or for anything else. This worked for us but I heard people... More

We were recommended by a local to visit Pickled Evenings and it was so good we returned the following night! In particular, the Chicken Tikka and Lamb Rogan Josh were tender and flavoursome. Even the mixed vegetables tasted delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming hence the second visit. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed a sublime Beef Korma and my partner was pleased with her Goan vegetable curry. Pleasant atmosphere and service. The extensive menu will certainly be a reason to return to explore offerings further. Recommended.

All the meals were very tasty. Recommend the beef vindaloo and lamb rogan josh as the meat was very tender . Wine list ok and reasonably priced.

I popped in for takeaway for my first visit to this restaurant which came highly recommended by many friends in the last year, but it looked so nice I sat down. I am so glad I did. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was so nice with pretty candles, subdued lighting, nice tables and view. But the food was... More

I went along with my few friends on the week day for dinner. It was a quiet night so we easily got a table without the reservation. We were nicely welcomed by the waitress and after that the waiter took our order. Before serving the food the staff came to ask about the spices in our food which is really... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed dinner here last Friday night. The pickled beef and lamb shank dishes melted in the mouth. Our empty plates at the end of the meal were an indication of how much we enjoyed the food. We sat upstairs in a delightful room at a table beside a window. The only negative was the acoustics.... As a local, as someone who has eaten at a lot of Indian styled restaurants, this is superior. Food is amazing. I just love eating here. Prices are reasonable, service is fine. You have to press a button for food, drink or bill but really given the value for money and quality of food ... that's not an issue at... More

Great food at a good price. We went with friends for dinner. Everyone loved it. The starter of tandoori fish was great and I highly recommend the pickled beef, lamb shank and goani fish curry.
