This has become our favourite little cafe for breakfast/brunch. We walked in and got the last table left and were greeted immediately by friendly staff who took our drink order straightaway. We received our freshly made juices in great time seeing as they were so busy. If you are looking for a big breakfast try the "breakfast stack" it was... More

Visited for breakfast. Seated straight away by a staff member who wasn't unfriendly but not exactly super friendly either... Menu looked great, lots of options to choose from. Thankfully the (different) woman that took our order was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious full breakfast, would definitely have it again. Drinks were a bit pricey, $6.50 for an orange juice... More

If you like Eggs Benedict this place is for you, they had many different types of eggs Benedict. I am not a huge fan so can't really say if the one I had was a good one or not.

On the basis of other reviews we thought we'd give Cucina Simpatica a go for breakfast. We weren't disappointed. Perfect eggs, great pancakes, fabulous juice and super chocolate milk shakes. The coffee was the only small low point as it was a bit bitter. We'll be back when they're next open!

Had brunch. The breakfast options are 2 pages long and look fantastic. It was just adequate but as with breakfast in Tas, overpriced. What was uncharacteristic was the sulky wait staff service. Really unfriendly - not a smile to be seen. It's popular with many, but I won't be returning.

The breakfast at cuccina Is delicious. Unfortunatly I strongly do not recommend the calamari, the exact frozen and very average D grade calamari you get from Coles and oven bake. not good! Seems the Sweet chilli sauce was also straight from bottle, very disappointed, a waste of my money and not what you would expect from any restaurant . I... More

Launceston is not the easiest place to find good food, so tried Trip Advisor. "Best coffee in Tasmania", "Great Food"......overrated! Or maybe the place has new management and they are struggling to uphold former reputation. I guess we are spoiled for choice in Melbourne. Coffee, was better at the airport. Bread was out of a bag pre-sliced. Bacon, jerky. Poached... More

Being the second table in the cafe at the time we thoght we would be in for some great service, unfortunately not! We waited nearly half an hour to have our orders taken during that time we had seen two other tables seated, provided with water and orders taken. We were still waiting for some water and to have our... More
