Description: Salsa tapas wine bar is a great restaurant located at Seaport overlooking the Marina. Eat inside with multiple choices of seating from booths, couch areas, bar seating or traditional table seating or alfesco over looking the marina. At Salsa we adopt the Spanish way of eating, taking the time to enjoy many different flavours over a period of time with family and friends. We use quality, fresh ingredients sourced locally whenever possible and change some menu choices seasonally.Enjoy the experience in our relaxed restaurant where we always strive for great food and service.

We had lunch as Salsa today. Unfortunately one of our preferred choices for lunch was unavailable....no matter we ordered the smoked duck instead as well and a favourites plate. Everything was good especially the duck...delicious! What really was a downer was the fact that neither of the waitresses looked vaguely interested in their customers. Dressed shabbily in mismatched clothing nobody... More

Had lunch here and the food and wine were amazing! Especially the croquettes, the chicken wrapped in pancetta, ham, olives, cheese and the chorizo. We had a delicious Tasmanian Chardonnay that went very well with the meal too. Along with the friendly service and the location, this was a great meal out in Launceston.

I have visited often with family and friends. I thought it was time I said how good it is. I usually go for breakfast which is both good quality & one of the cheaper places in Launceston. Great views of Seaport so sit outside when nice or cosy inside when cold.

We found this restaurant online and thought we would give it a go on a very cold and wintery night. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, if a little difficult to find (keep walking, you'll find it!) The food was excellent. There are a number of options in terms of the size of the plates, so its possible to tailor... More

Enjoyed a tasty selection of tapas on at Salsa at Seaport - a wild and wintry Friday evening but warm and cosy inside with lots of happy diners celebrating special occasions. Lots of tempting flavours and dishes to choose from and creme brulee with raspberries for dessert - delicious! An enjoyable meal and environment.

One of the best breakfast restaurants in Launceston, highly recommend! Everything is super fresh, lots to choose from, in a warm comfortable environment where the staff bend over backwards for you!

Have been here a few times now and could not ask for anything more! The desserts are presented very well and most of all it tasted absolutely beautiful! The only let down was the coffee, I am very fussy when it comes to coffee and the one at Salsa wasn't up to my standard! On the way out ended up... More

Had breakfast here and it was excellent. Very fresh produce and delicious. Beautiful view of the marina and hills in the background and the morning foot traffic along the boardwalks. Lovely way to start the day.
