Often busy but service is great, food inexpensive and delicious! Is only small area, but seems to cater well for all ages, and young children or babies are not a problem there!

Came for the breakfast and it was pretty good, everything was cooked really well and the service was fast and efficient. The only 2 things I'll mention that isn't positive is I didn't like the bar style seating and for a place with fresh paint all round the disrepaired ceiling stands out. Instead of a set big breakfast option you... More

Superb breakfast menu, reasonably priced. Place gets busy quickly, so get in early to grab a seat. Well worth the wait.

Visiting from Melbourne, where we are spoilt for food choices and best cafes in the world. This gem in Adelaide give Melbourne trendy breakfast sports a serious run for their money. Food was exceptional. From the cured salmon to the avo on toast. Coffee was best in Adelaide by a long shot. Small place and had to wait around 10mins... More

This is the kind of breakfast I'm talking about... Overseas countries need to get on this bandwagon. Simple gorgeous food presented with love and not pretentious. Corn salsa with 2 perfect poached eggs, avocado and awesome toast. Garnished with just a sprinkling of seasoning ... Not wanky or overwhelming. Good coffee too and service very friendly and personable. Price is... More

I have been to Grind It many times, mainly for coffee but also breakfast, and the staff are unfailingly cheerful and upbeat. Good coffee, lovely breakfasts, with plenty of selections. They have table service, so you can find a seat and relax until your food arrives. The muffins are tasty - try the apple and cinnamon with a coffee -... More

I've been breakfasting and lunching at grind it for years. The coffee never disappoints, nor does the food. I'm particularly fond of their eggs florentine and the roast veggie wrap. I LOVE this place.

Enjoyed a delicious brekky from a well-thought out menu (hard to choose!) and felt very welcomed by the staff. We mentioned we were from interstate and joked whether it might be snowing somewhere (it was chilly!) and our waiter said that snow was forecast up in the Adelaide Hills - only 35 minutes away. So away we blasted and made... More

Breakfast was average for the both of us. Had the salmon gravlax...pretty basic! Seating was uncomfortable & front entrance was a put off.
