Have dined here several times & will continue to dine here when I need a curry. Dinner was with my partner & we had the vegetarian share platter for entree, consisting of 2 pieces each of giant veg samosa (not a little supermarket frozen triangle), gobi pakora & paneer pakora served with mint chutney (which is fantastic in its own... Really cheep and good Indian. It was quick, and the menu is extensive. The food was all round good and satisfying. It's cheaper on Mon, Tue, and Wednesday too.

We come here quite a lot. The staff have changed do to the fact the old staff had to return to India (visas). However I must say the Bhuturas were sooooo good. Best I have ever tasted, I don't usually eat them my husband does. The Malayalee prawns were gorgeous, hot and spicy. Rice was light and fluffy. However the... More

My husband and I had a very enjoyable meal last night prior to going to New Year celebrations at Glenelg. Walked into the restaurant at 7.25pm and shown to our seats. Waitress gave us the menus and we chose to share two main courses with a vegetable dish, rice and naan. We took our own bottle of wine. Corkage fee... More

Went here for an evening meal. The food was nice and hot when arrived, very tasty and enjoyable. No complaints on service at all as the staff were very accommodating and friendly and polite. Very good value and would definitely return

We went here as I had purchased a very well priced scoopon deal. Three courses including a small bottle of wine or beer for each of us and mains were to be accompanied by naan and plain rice for $35 for 2. We were the first in the restaurant at 6.15 and had hoped to get in and out quickly.... More

It is now 10:30 at night and all we go out of "Pride" of India are empty stomachs and a ruined night. After waiting 45 minutes for our tasteless entrees, our mains never arrived. 1.5 hours later and multiple questions with no answers, we left. The staff were disrespectful and did not acknowledge us or any of the other patrons... More

My wife & I were seated at 8.10pm. We had to go and get our own menus as there was no service. Eventually they came and took our order at 8.30pm. We received our Naan bread & Roti bread (which was tasteless) at 9.05pm. At 9.20pm my wife went & asked how long our mains would be & she was... More

I rang the "Pride" of India and laughed at by the manager, whilst he spoke to staff in Indian and they laughed also.I was then told I wasn't a good parent if I let... More
