tables are a little close together in parts and this meant quite a lot of noise from the local families and tourists who pack the place out. The food is not cheap but it was really tasty.

We stopped in this morning hoping to get a decent breakfast and wow. One of the best breakfasts we've had on the holiday so far and amazing scenery to go along with it. I only wish we could have stayed longer, I bet this is a great place to settle in for a few drinks around the fire. One of... More

We came in for a quick lunch and ended up staying for most of the afternoon! Such a beautiful place to sit and chat in the cafe and our lunch was so good that we ended up ordering afternoon tea as well. Such a great break from being on the road! We'll be coming back through Toowoomba next week and... More

We had teas, coffees and scones with jam and cream. Coffee was extra bitter with a burnt taste and 'cream' was insto-whip out of a can - terrible! If you can't serve a Devonshire tea without real cream then don't offer it for sale. 3 stars for superb location and view.

We stopped by for a while at this resto after visiting Toowoomba Airport. The restaurat is situated at the top of the hill, so you can enjoy beautiful scenery of Toowoomba. We had lunch at the resto, I chose to have Indonesian food, vegetable with peanut sauce, while my friends had sandwich and salad. The food was okay, the service... More

Parks (which there are two) are fantastic for the kids. Suitable for everyone for picnics, bbqs or just a laze about. There is a look out with amazing views down the range. A Cafe/ Restaurant With lovely service and food and even an ice cream bar for the kiddies.

I went to this cafe many years ago and was in no rush to go back but recently I did and wow what a transformation! This place is now very up-market, the service was efficient and friendly and is worthy of anyone's attention. We only had an afternoon tea and the choice of cakes made it hard to decide which... I attended a wedding at Picnic Point in October 2013 as MC. The professional and polite manner in which this establishment is run is a credit to them. I/we worked in well with their team and the timing and quality of everything they did was to absolute perfection. This included, canapés, drinks, entrées, mains and desserts. All sound equipment were... More

We had a delightful meal at Picnic Point recently. Each time we have eaten here it was good service and interesting food. The view down the valley is beautiful and being locals we enjoy bringing visitors to Toowoomba here. Also if yo can sit inside beside a window the view is lovely. Would return again.
