I usually LOVE Gloria Jeans however the staff let this one down. Too busy showing each other "stuff" on iphones to care about customers.There is NO WAY a barista needs to keep their personal mobile on top of the coffee machine while on shift - they are being paid to work NOT socialise. Just your average Gloria Jeans with nice coffee and sweet treats delivered with fairly bland service.

This is a great place to sit for coffee and watch the beach! While it's to the same standard of GJ - it's the view that really makes this place great! Big comfy couches, cool breeze and sunshine.

Really friendly service. We holidayed in Coolangatta for a week and they got to know me and my order in that time.

Nice place to have morning coffee and the paper after our ritual morning walk around to Snapper Rocks. In the off season with all the kids back at school I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the gas heaters. Quality of coffee and service are excellent here.
