Returning to it old standard

I've frequented Diggies over the years and found it was becoming too expensive and the quality/sizes inconsistent or too small. The place was difficult to order in and I felt I was waiting a long time for food, which was holding up tables and the whole eatery. Now, returning I felt that the... read more

Came here while we waited for our skydive. I ordered poached eggs on toast and asked that they be runny - the way poached eggs are meant to be. The food took literally 55 mins to come and my toast was burnt and eggs were dry. By then, we were rushing and had to eat our breakfast really fast. It... More

Love coming here for breakfast when I'm visiting the gong. It get's pretty busy so very lucky to have gotten a table without a reservation. The ricotta pancakes are always a favourite of mine. light and fluffy, served with banana and maple syrup. Coffee is delicious and service is always consistently good. The location is right at the beach so... More

We sat in the window overlooking the beach on a gorgeous Autumn morning watching the touch football and volleyball on the beach. My Turkish fruit toast was delicious and my husband's Benni looked and tasted divine. Thank you, we'll be back.

Attended during the day mid week for lunch and it was quite full of customers. Unfortunately we got sat outside next to a plastic sheeted window with the sun streaming through and it was quite glary and hot! We sat down received our menus and ordered drinks and then waited and waited and waited! After quite some time we were... More

This place is in a great location right on North Wollongong beach. The smoothies and juices and coffees are worth visiting, and I've had the salt & pepper squid which is reasonable if not a bit fatty, other food has been hit & miss. This place is best for beverages and snacks and light meals. For something more substantial I... More

Had brunch here with my partner recently on a Sunday morning, we came here due to the good Trip Adviser rating. It was busy when we arrived, however we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. I got the eggs benedict and my partner got the big breakfast. Both meals were nice, but I wouldn't say they were amazing.... More

Great ambience, good menu with some great combinations, mostly good service, occasionally bit slow but can be very busy. A favourite in Wollongong always take visitors here. Much prefer sitting outside.
