I can only echo what everyone else has said here. Diggies had a great location but is almost too good as it overcompensates for what is an otherwise average cafe. There is often a wait of ten minutes or more for tables at peak hour and food can also take up to 30 or even 40 mins to arrive. We've... More

Fantastic spot for breakfast but they could do a better job on the coffee - the flavour was fine but WHERE'S the creme The food was OK but could do with a touch of class in the style and presentation departments

Great view and sweet staff doesn't make up for Coles cafeteria single serve jam and butter in foil: pretty ordinary.

I decided to treat myself to breakfast out on a weekday. I haven't been to Diggie's for more than a year, but always enjoyed it and thought it would be the perfect choice. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. The food (eggs benedict) was emblematic of my experience there: sourdough and eggs nicely cooked, but the 'spinach' from the menu was... More

This is a great place to sit & enjoy food & a great coffee however, the service isn't the best, tables now seem rushed & cramped. The food is good, not great & is becoming increasingly expensive. This place is great for coffee but after being ignored for half an hour on our last visit, I can understand why there... More

I came here over the weekend as I heard great things about this cafe. I really enjoyed having brunch with the amazing beach views. The decor was very cute and modern. The food itself is so so (not bad but not superb). I ordered the scrambled eggs toast with a side of hash browns (at an additional cost). It was... More

Had breakfast at Diggies this morning. Two poached eggs and one slice of sourdough. That was it on the plate. This cost $12. Added a side of tomatoe relish which came in a tiny tub, costing an additional $4. Ricotta pancakes (two of) with a banana cost $19! Yes the views are awesome, but the service, though friendly was very... More

Found this little place on the beach while visiting Wollongong and was not disappointed. Food was quite nice but the view is divine. Found the service nice and efficient and would recommend it to anyone.

I keep coming back hoping for improvement but sadly I'm disappointed each time. We had lunch here with my mum and her elderly friend for her 80th birthday. Firstly the lemon squash was served with no glass, bottle of soft drink with straw floating in it - very average! Then, the barramundi was served up on a (what looked like... More
