The Village Cafe, tucked away in the Lighthouse Beach caravan park, is a great place for relaxed dining, yummy food and great service. The head chef and his team always produce delicious, reasonably priced food, and the wait staff are fabulous. The meals are lovely, and I have been there many times for dinners and lunches. The meals are always... More

Last night I had a friend visit from Sydney. I had been recommended to try this little local restaurant nestled at the entrance to the local caravan park. I have been living in the area for about 18 months and had never ventured in. I am so glad that I did……..my friend and I enjoyed an evening of friendly and... More

Three of us dined last week after not visiting for quite a while. It was very refreshing to have a quiet atmosphere with a simple yet varied menu. BYo great and I think no corkage. Very pleasant staff. We had the salmon and chicken parmiagana. Both came with generous fresh veggies which is great. The mains average about $24. so... More

We really enjoyed our family dinner at the Village Cafe Restaurant, I thought it had a great atmosphere and although nothing special I liked the timber decor and it's clear views to the trees outside. The food was great we started with a large cob of bread and it's accompaniments, then the Chilli Marinara for main. I did think that... More

We had dinner here on the long weekend. Our waitress was attentive and helpful, checking on ingredients and answering questions for us. The chef graciously removed the chilli from my chilli marinara, which was absolutely delicious in the end! Would certainly eat here again.

Just returned from the Village Café located in the Lighthouse Beach caravan park situated in a delightful bush setting. The cafe is built in an octagonal shape with natural timber beams and a high ceiling. My wife and I both had the Garlic Prawns with focaccia bread and as it was a sunny day we ate outside on the deck.... More

Village Cafe is located at the entrance to Lighthouse Beach caravan park. It is such a lovely spot, beautifully set out with a friendly atmosphere. The menu is not huge but offers sufficient variety and the meals are fairly generous. We both had Chicken Caesar wraps which were stunning. The Peak coffee served here was really tasty and enjoyable. Service... More

We stayed at the village park in a bungalow...a spur of the moment getaway. We were delighted to be able to walk to the cafe, have a wonderful meal with polite service and strill home. Kind Regards, Logan

Love it! Stayed at the caravan park and to have a cafe here was just great. Prices could be cheaper but for the food - you cannot complain.
