Pleasant...

Our food was pleasant. Staff looked after us well, but did feel a bit under staff as it took a while to get refill of water and other drinks.

The dishes sang arias of flavour variety and interest. It was one of the best places, food wise, to eat in Port Macquarie. The staff were disorganised and almost had to be tackled to order desert and we gave up trying for another glass of wine. Zero tip that night!

Overcooked entree, overcooked main, dessert, an "iced chocolate soufflé", was essentially an icy cinnamon ice cream in a ramekin, overpriced, very brief wine list. Staff were friendly - only redeeming feature. Wouldn't go back.

My wife and I had dinner here one night and then breakfast the following morning. Both our meals at night were acceptable but certainly not brilliant while the breakfast eggs Benedict were very nice but stone cold when delivered. It was not a matter of being busy as there were very few guests there, however on both occasions we remarked... More

Been here alot previously and it was always nice. Last night was a let down. The staff were nice at first but when we were waiting for our mains they decided their phones were more important than serving us. They pretty much ignored us and my partner had to walk up to the bar to get us a drink because... More

Just went to dinner at Synergy and I must say, what a disappointment. We ordered a half dozen of fresh and half dozen of Kilpatrick oysters and you could smell how off they were as soon as they put them on the table. After we sent them back the waiter did remove them off the bill(was never going to pay).... More

The food was good, meze starter was substantial and more than enough for two but did not need the shop bought ham. Restaurant has no atmosphere and could do with softening up with plants or more colour. Service was spot on, thanks guys

We recently checked in to the Mercure and after a full day of motoring it was nice to sit back and enjoy. The meal wasgreat and the ambience of the restaurant and coastal feel was refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful and our meals were delicious.

There is a bar alongside the restaurant. We found the restaurant to have excellent and friendly service. Also very importantly the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Very hard to beat I think.

We ate in the restaurant twice, meals good, small menu, waiters to busy trying to impress and out do each other. Second night service poor, forgotten meals, long wait. Not very supportive of their chef, if covers are not taken out as ordered. Small tip means not impressed not "cheap"as remarked to us by wait staff, they need to go... More
