Relaxing!

Always have a shared seafood platter when we are in the Hunter, lovely to sit outside on the deck with a lovely vibe and helpful staff.

Has been 9 months since I was last here and the food and service were again fantastic. The staff are obviously well trained and loved their jobs. You must go here if you can. Food is lovely.

Restaurant Cuvée is definitely one I will be returning too. And being a chef I am quiet picky about where I eat. However this was one we just decided to dine at on the spur of a moment and I am glad we were indecisive and just picked. The floor staff were lovely and always had a smile on their... More

Booked a table for 2 for breakfast for our anniversary celebration. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table, then 25 minutes to order. We actually had to stand up and ask a waiter if we could order as we had been waiting a long time...the response we received from the young miss was 'do you know what you want?'... More

My husband stayed in Hunter Valley for our Anniversary and came here for lunch. We could not fault anything. The food was devine and if only we could of had more we would! The staff were also very kind and attentive. We look forward to our next trip to Hunter Valley whether it be with friend and/or family - Definitely... More

We stayed overnight at the Hunter Valley and popped into Restaurant Cuvee for breakfast. The setting is excellent overlooking the vineyards, with the morning sun lighting it up perfectly. We decided to have the Champagne breakfast, why not? Great coffee, a lovely coconut porridge amuse bouche, a substantial portion of bacon, homemade hash brown, mushrooms, spinach, vine tomatoes and poached... More

the verandah oyster bar is open on Saturdays & Sunday's. The oysters are always very good. We ate in the restaurant for lunch yesterday(oysters in the restaurant were good) but we were underwhelmed with the cornbread & the pork belly. The sparkling semillon Pinot noir was very good!

Just had lunch at Cuvée. Came back as last time the food was exceptional. This time the food was good but unfortunately the sirloin was incredibly tough. Such a shame... Will give it another go though!

Visited today for lazy lunch with Mum. Had the tasting plate, which had 4 good sized tastings on the plate, including Prawns, Tuna, Duck and Lamb all accompanied with generous sized tasting of 4 Sparkling wines of Peterson House. Following with dessert of Crepe and Lime Cheesecake, both presented differently to ordinary dessert and tasty. All meals that came out... More

From the food to the ambience to the view, to the food and the bubbly- Restaurant Cuvee can only be described as perfection! We had a champagne breakfast and it was a delight from start to finish. My corn fritters were crispy, well seasoned and beautifully presented. My husband's dukkah eggs followed suit. Our bubbly was fruity and delicious. For... More
