Surprising

Visited today for lazy lunch with Mum. Had the tasting plate, which had 4 good sized tastings on the plate, including Prawns, Tuna, Duck and Lamb all accompanied with generous sized tasting of 4 Sparkling wines of Peterson House. Following with dessert of Crepe and Lime Cheesecake, both... read more

the verandah oyster bar is open on Saturdays & Sunday's. The oysters are always very good. We ate in the restaurant for lunch yesterday(oysters in the restaurant were good) but we were underwhelmed with the cornbread & the pork belly. The sparkling semillon Pinot noir was very good!

Just had lunch at Cuvée. Came back as last time the food was exceptional. This time the food was good but unfortunately the sirloin was incredibly tough. Such a shame... Will give it another go though!

From the food to the ambience to the view, to the food and the bubbly- Restaurant Cuvee can only be described as perfection! We had a champagne breakfast and it was a delight from start to finish. My corn fritters were crispy, well seasoned and beautifully presented. My husband's dukkah eggs followed suit. Our bubbly was fruity and delicious. For... More

Upon recommendation had breakfast here with my partner but found the service and food very underwhelming. Service was slow and waitstaff seemed inexperienced. Food arrived and tasted bland and was overpriced for what we received. Disappointing as we were really looking forward to a nice breakfast on our first morning in the hunter! Nice setting though!

The food was lovely, the supreme chicken was a hit with my foodie friend, I had the steak which was well cooked as flavoursome. The staff seemed really inexperienced. We ordered a glass of wine it had not come by the end of the meal, when we queried it, the staff said, sorry but its not cold. Yes we were... More

We had booked thank goodness as it was so busy the morning after the Eagles concert and was not disappointed everything was perfect I could eat here again just wish I didn't live so far away. We all had the champagne breakfast and it was amazing I could eat it every Sunday. Staff were great and we all had a... More

We have dined here in the past, however this time around we were left underwhelmed. The pasta we ordered lacked flavour, and the service was dismissive and inattentive. I don’t think that we will be returning.

A great spot for a special bubbly breakfast. Great food, however it can get extremely busy on weekends and service can be a bit slow. Bookings recommended.
