Sister's Rock Restaurant is a family-run restaurant, located at the top of Borrodell Vineyard, overlooking the Pinot Noir block. Enjoy the food & wine in a venue with glorious views over the slopes of the Towac Valley to Orange in the distance. Our philosophy of food has developed around a love of growing produce on the property and serving it straight to the plate, a true reflection of the seasons. We are a heritage apple and plum orchard, vineyard, grow cider apples for our own traditional cider and black Perigord truffles. All meals are accompanied by Borrodell cool-climate, award-winning wines. The menu changes regularly according to seasonal availability. Please phone to discuss the current menu.

Lovely location and lovely food

We had dinner there last week. Great location. Menu was excellent and our meals were very nice and complimented by the Borrodell wines. Excellent service. Great experience and could hold its own in a major city due the quality of food.

Travelling around Australia with my best friend, we stumbled upon this vineyard restaurant after hearing all sorts of wonderful recommendations from locals. I were shown to a lovely table by the professional waitress which had an awesome view of the vines and horizon in the distance. The atmosphere was beautiful, cool music, cool contemporary artworks on the walls. My 3... More

Sisters Rock is the whole experience. The friendly staff, the local produce lovingly prepared and beautifully presented washed down with Borrodell wines. We spend Mother's Day at Sisters Rock every year and it exceeds expectations every time. We love the chat with owner Borry, perched on top of the hill looking out over the multi hued orchards and vines towards... More

Great view, great wine selection and food excellent. OK its not Lolli Redini in Orange (its not trying to be) - much better views - using the wines mostly from the Borrodell Vineyard right beside it. The service was excellent - great place to have lunch on a Sunday .. and a few drinks afterwards!

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this quaint gorgeous restaurant. The food - stunning! The service - stunning! The atmosphere - stunning. The price - completely worth it! There isn't anything to fault. We were greeted with professional service and shown to a table close to the windows overlooking the grapevines. My meal consisted of a creamy... More

What a beaut spot high up Mt Canobolas. Wonderful views of Orange central glittering in the cool evening night. Bit of a worry making your way in the dark in heels across a sodden grassed lawn from the carpark to the restaurant door though, but worth it when you get there. It has an intimacy, this place. Doesn't seat too... More

This is my third visit to this restaurant and the standard continues to be very high. Autumn is a great time of year to visit with the views from the deck sensational and the orchard colours just magnificent. The service as usual was warm and friendly. I had the grilled duck breast and my wife had the pork fillet, the... More

After some other disappointing local fare this vineyard located restaurant was truly magnificent in both location and food quality. Reasonably priced and simple menu was well matched with local wines, heartily autumnal and absolutely delicious. Highest quality food complemented by views and staff service. Best venison ever sampled - thank you! Suggest a lunch visit first off as the country... More

Beautiful setting, great view, romantic atmosphere, lovely wine, good service - which would render this an excellent place if only the food quality had lived up to the rest of the place - and of course the price. But my twice-baked gorgonzola souffle starter was rubbery, way too big and soaked in a heavy cheesy sauce and had clearly been... More
