An OK place for a light lunch

Too crowded and too busy. Food was fresh and healthy. Service was average. Price was modest and plenty of variety. Won't be rushing back.

The quality of the food is always consistent and tasty. There's a great lunchtime special. However we wouldn't eat in the restaurant. The service is poor, the layout is shabby and the amenities are not great. Takeaway is best.

We are regulars here so we love the food. The decor is a little dated and in need of an update but you can easily overlook that because the food is good, the serving sizes generous, the prices reasonable. The service is lovely, warm and welcoming. Their lunchtime specials are particularly good value at under $10 for main meal and... More

We travel Melbourne to Sydney a couple of times a year (with kids) and need a quick and filling dinner by the time we get to Goulburn. All other restaurants we have tried have been disappointing. Very happy with the friendly service and food at the Carmellia Chinese Restaurant. When we walked in, we explained we were travelling and asked... More

$9 gets you a good tasty and big feed for lunch, $1 more for dining in staff always friendly nice , clean and value for money i suggest they satay chicken or the sweet and sour pork both excellent.

Food was OK, but too much artificial colour in sweet and sour sauce. Entree need to have more steamed stuff....not just deep fried.

Family had a great lunch. $8-$11 lunch specials, very good when compared with prices in australia these days. Meals were very good and more than we could eat. Spring rolls, chicken soup, satay chicken and beef and black bean were all finished. Service was very friendly and parking available in front of restaurant.

Don't go anymore - the last couple of times we went, it was pretty dismal! Food lacking in flavour. Service is awesome though!
