The food was great and the service was brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and polite with one even recommending his favourite desserts. It's a very accessible restaurant with a wheelchair entrance at the side and plenty of tables and space on the ground floor of the restaurant.

Have been to many Hog's Breath Cafés around Australia and this would be up there with one of the best. Nice building in the main street and staff were helpful and attentive. Had the prime rib and both our steaks were good quality and well cooked. Went on a Sunday night and didn't have a reservation for a group of... More

The service here was great. We were promptly greeted, seated, served and fed. The staff were very sensitive to our needs and worked well with us to get the kids settled and occupied. After a long day on the road I felt like they were an extended support network who joked with the kids and their conversation was friendly and... More

Went there with husband and two small children. The kids pasta was ok but I had over cooked chicken wings, the ranch salad with raw potato, my husband had calamari and felt something dripping on his leg which turned out to be a pool of oil. Service was fine but could not make up for the food.

We had a nice evening meal, with a good choice of mains & entrees. We didn't get to try the deserts as we were full. If you are a small eater try the entrees instead of a main as I found it enough with a some garlic bread. The service is great and the staff always helpful.

Great friendly staff, yummo food, oh they have LONG ISLAND ICED TEA, the only place I have come across in 3 states to have this drink on it's Cocktails list, as it is NOT PERMITTED-ALLOWED for a barman to make it in Australia, my hubby say's ...all you do is wave the bottle top of the many different spirits over... We usually stop by Hogsbreath for dinner in Dubbo when driving south to Melbourne. This visit however was not as good as it has been. Our steaks were very gristly and fatty...not the usual lovely steaks we have had in the past. The vegetables were ok...carrot, corn and broccoli a bit cool in temperature but the baked potato was lovely.... More
