Great Coffee

Great coffee, great meals, great environment with friendly staff. Good access for grabbing a quick take away coffee - open late afternoon when everyone else is closed!!!

We ate here for dinner and from the moment you walk in and smell the food fire under the oven was beautiful. The two girls who were working were so efficient for a restaurant that was quit busy they didn't seem to miss a beat. The margarita pizza with prosciutto reminded me of the ones I used to have at... I've eaten here twice over the last 6 months, once for lunch & once for dinner. The food on both occasions was delicious. Don't expect to able to fit in 3 courses over dinner unless you share an entrée (& maybe even dessert) as the servings are huge. The cocktails are excellent & there is a good range of wines... More

Enjoyed the polenta chips & the exceptional bruschetta followed by shared pizza & gelato! So good I have been back 2 weeks in a row.

Sticks and Stones is located conveniently in Macquarie St. The service is always good although sometimes a little slow. The food I have found to be always of a good standard. And the coffee I like to although I am not a connoisseur. It has a nice open feel to it and if its not to hot a rear deck... More

The only good pizza in town is either here or at the Pastoral. The wood fired pizzas here have a proper thin bread dough and the toppings are VERY tasty. Don't forget to ask for a bowl parmesan cheese, as the waitress sometimes forgets to offer it. The service was friendly and we were served promptly as we were early... More

First time I went to dine there it was really good so I thought I woud go again. I don't know what went wrong, has the cheff changed because it's been a while between visits. Was the issue coming from being a Monday night and not such an important night? I can't go back now, not worth the disappointment. The... More

Came to this restaurant as I was after a good wood fired pizza. Trip Advisor reviews also looked pretty good, so gave it a try. Ambience was good and was sat down promptly. Service for the evening was good. Ordered a drink and supreme pizza, asking for it to be as spicy as possible, and on a thin base. Visually,... More

We went to Sticks and Stones for dinner on New Years Eve. The pizza was great. We had a very nice waitress serve us. I would go there again for the pizza

Had a nice lunch here recently. Pizzas were average though & had to wait a fair while. Salads looked beautiful. Friendly staff. Will have to come again to try something different.
