We might be the smallest of the six Beechworth Bakeries but we more than hold our own when it comes to looking after you. We often hear from our customers that our staff have the biggest smiles, and the loveliest way to make everyone feel at home. As we are situated in the Myer Centrepoint complex, we are surrounded by over 60 specialty stores, including Myer and Safeway, yet our bakery is like a wonderful quiet retreat when you need a break from all the shopping. So, for the best coffee, the warmest welcome and the nicest spot to relax, call in to the Beechworth Bakery Albury. We'd love to see you."

Lunch

Had Sunday Lunch at the bakery. Fresh sandwiches and good coffee. Inside and outside seating. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

Pies, pasties but best of ALL Beestings. They are the cake of cakes but then again their sponges with REAL cream etc are divine! Great coffee too.

Had a coffee and a pie here. The coffee isn't that nice, quite average. The pie wasn't as tasty as they used to be. The price of food is rather on the expensive side. The staff are friendly but unfortunately I wouldn't go back.

Poor food, very poor coffee, poor service. Their bread has a good reputation, but not even my partner thought it was nice.

Hi April, we are very sorry to hear that the service you received and our product was not up to your expectations and - by the sound of it - our usual standard. It is disappointing to hear. Thank you for leaving your comments, as it does give us the opportunity to see were we went wrong and how we... More

We like to stop at the original Beechworth Bakery in Beechworth, but sometimes just want a quick hit of baked goodness in the form of a Beechworth "dog's eye" when driving from Canberra to Melbourne. Pies are just as good as at HQ, and closer to the Hume Highway than heading out to Beechworth. If you're short on time, but... More

Arrived 4.20pm. Asked what time they closed & was told 5pm. Ordered bottomless cup of coffee & found coffee to be stone cold. When I pointed this out I was told I could have an instant coffee whilst I waited for a fresh pot. Fair enough. By 4.45pm it was clear she had no intention of brewing another pot. When... More

Hi Rod, thank you for taking the time to write your review and I am very sorry to hear that we have disappointed you. I have send your review to our team in Albury to look into what went wrong. The range of cakes and slices I'd brilliant. Very pleasant and helpful staff. They can also help with advice on tourist places to visit, time it takes to travel etc.

Have tried a number of outlets at Albury, Beechworth, Yarrawonga and all have great pies and baked products with good coffee. In fact the Beechworth outlet is so popular you really need a reservation which they do not do. They do not get this popular without getting it right

Having eaten at several of their bakeries, we were disappointed with the food at this one. It was certainly trading on its reputation. Unfortunately we ordered 1 chicken & avocado wrap "if they put chicken & avocado on the wrap, it was hard to find". We also ordered two Focaccia's 1 toasted, they both arrived toasted . Unfortunately having ordered... More
