Redcliff doesn't have an extensive menu but everything that's on there is fairly interesting. There are plenty of game and fish choices as well as the usual selection of meat dishes. Prices were a little high, though. The staff were friendly and attentive - chatting with us about where we'd been and what our plans were. The meals were a... More

There were other restaurants to go to. But on the way back from glow worm tour, I met another solo traveler on the cruise. We had really... More

We did a day trip to Milford Sound and decided to stay in Te Anau overnight. I did some research a head of time and found this place. The reviews basically said it was a must eat and I knew it was something my husband would enjoy. We arrived quite early but were immediately seated. our server was charming and... More

Cosy little cottage with nice food. For those who have been watching Master Chef Australia on TV you'd probably like the type of food served here. The fish gets great reviews.

We were looking for a late dinner in Te Anau on a Sunday evening and just happened to wander into this place. We were more than surprised at the food, wine and service! This is a very small converted English cottage. Very warm and inviting! Our party of two enjoyed the fish of the day and rib-eye. Wonderfully prepared and... More
