We had a simple take-away meal of fish and chips. The fish (fresh snapper) was excellent. Lightly battered and cooked to perfection. We had the nz$16 blue cod fish and chips, which comes with a small salad. the fish was delicious with a light and crunchy batter, and the French fries were just right. An unpretentious place well patronized by locals. Friendly owners. Great meal!
Recommended by our hosts, we wanted a nice, simple meal without spending a fortune. Place was busy and though we got a table outside, we had to wait some 20/25mins for our order.
