Great place for b'fast or dinner

Stayed @ St Moritz for four nights. Had read good things about Lombardi. It lived up to it's reputation. When we received a couple of meals in a group that were overcooked, they wisked them away without fuss. There is a good wine list & the bar is great for a relax after a busy day. I can recommend... read more

We are normally very wary of hotel restaurants so to rate this highly is exceptional for us. The menu was unusual and made good use of their wood fired pizza oven. We had Hare ( great dish), scallops, soup and duck starters - all good, tasty but portions could maybe have been a wee bit larger. Mains of Blue Cod,... More

We ate here with a group of friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. The view was stunning. The menu offered delicious choices and it was hard to decide. The birthday boy and I chose venison which was meant to be medium rare. It came out well done and when we told the waiter he was very apologetic and had it... More

The food is very good from a relatively small menu which I always think is, in itself, an advantage. There were additional pasta and pizza dishes on a different page of the menu. I thought that the food, although well cooked with lots of different flavours, lacked coordination and direction of flavouring. The staff were delightful and very helpful.

Lombardi offers great views overlooking Queenstown Bay and a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They offer daily specials and takeaway pizza. They have a good menu using NZ cuisine and their pizzas are pretty good. They also have a good wine and cocktail list. The food is consistently of high standard and this restaurant is always on my... We stayed at the hotel and came down for dinner on our last night in Queenstown. We conveniently came down during happy hour so we had some fabulous cocktails to go with our delicious meals. We ordered their world famous lasagne for our 15 month old from the kids menu which he gulped up! and we had a pizza and... More

We came for dinner and didn't book but we were offered a seat in the bar area and as the there were lots of other people eating there we took it. We ordered the sea food platter to start (which was awesome) and a couple of pizzas. The starter took about 40 mins to arrive, which was OK as we... More

I cannot fault anything about Lombardi. The service - perfect, the food - outstanding, the views - magical!!!! My partner and I dined here on two occasions and loved all the dishes. The views of the lake and mountain ranges as a backdrop add a little extra wow to the experience. Worth every cent. I highly recommend the Ocean plate... More

While staying at the St Moritz hotel we used this restaurant for breakfast and room service. Always great. Can highly recommend the wood fired lasagne - best we have ever tasted.
