Went here for lunch and had the trust the chef menu with a glass of wine and dessert for $80. This is absolute fine dining down to the amuse bouche to start and the palate cleanser half way through. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed some less known ingredients such as farrow. The dishes all looked absolutely... More

Wonderful place to enjoy a lightly fresh lunch and of course stunningly good wines. The dishes are designed to be shared and are the perfect mix of simple elegance and truly fresh flavours, one of our favourites.

Stunning winery and bistro, we have the chef's choice and were thrilled. The food was superb and interesting with lovely wines to match. A great was to spend an afternoon but make sure you book. There is a lovely open fire in the main dining room with interesting art on each wall. Great experience and we will be back.

For lunch we decided to take the Trust the Chef option. We were not disappointed at any of his choices in fact totally delighted. The service and overall experience was nothing short of excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

I must admit this is the first ever trip advisor review I have done, however I felt rather strongly about getting a message to the restaurant/winery owner because this place has such potential yet the terrible thoughtless service ruins the experience! My fiancé and I had flown in from Australia and an early (booked) dinner at Amisfield is what we... More

Amisfield is my favourite restaurant/winery of all time! Great atmosphere, environment, wine and food. Sitting outside with a glass of their sensational rose while the kids play on the grassy hills is superb. Trust the chef is great as is their regular menu.

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch in the sunny courtyard, it was beautiful and warm on a winter's day with a view over the rolling hills. We had the bone-in rib eye steak, which melted in our mouths, and the best green beans we have ever tasted! (if a restaurant can do amazing things with green beans you... More

We called in for lunch, both having the chef'a choice. The four courses were well presented with the seafood, pasta and beef dishes all hitting the spot, complimented nicely by Amisfield wines. The service was efficient if not particularly memorable. Nice views to the mountains beyond and reasonably priced at $180 for two people (3 small courses, 1 medium sized... More
