Heard amazing things about Fergburger, and also knew there was a long wait involved! Waited for 20 minutes to order and then another 20 for the two burgers to arrive. The staff seemed super friendly and efficient however inside was so crowded while waiting. The burgers were pretty good but nothing on Grill'd in Australia

Tried ordering over the phones x 10 but unsuccessful but thats ok cos they were busy. Quoted 20-25 mins but was 35 but I'm ok with that. Run out of avocado? I'm ok with that. Based on the hype we expected amazing burgers but I suspect they are sacrificing quality for quantity at busy times of the night. Both my... More

Tried this place twice during my stay in Queenstown - both times having to wait, but it was totally worth it. These burgers are absolutely delicious. Go and try it now.

Would it be sufficient to say that we ate her the both days we were spending in Queenstown? It was just.. awesome. Cool atmosphere and the queue was looong, but quite worth the wait. It was buzzeling, lot of people and just great. The burgers were huge and just melted in your mouth. Thought it overhyped, but no. This place... More

Everyone knows ferg burger is a must do whilst in queenstown! The most delicious burger you're ever likely to have. With a fun atmosphere, it's like a party in there! Dont leave queenstown without having at least 2 or 3 fergs!

I'd heard only good things about fergburger before coming to queenstown. However, I found the food pretty poor. The onion rings we had were inconsistent. Around half were essentially raw on the inside. The burger itself was so-so and also a bit undercooked. I like my steak very rare but not sure about a burger that's mostly pink. This said,... More

Omg everybody I know told us to go and get a Fergburger. It did not disappoint, a fair indication when u are walking up to a place and people are lined up out the door and it wasnt even lunch time. The burgers where definately worth the wait absolutely delicious. A must do when in queenstown.

The longest lineup I've ever seen for a burger place - no matter time of day or night - but it well worth it at least once. I tried the double Fergburger classic with blue cheese sauce and couldn't stop eating even when I was full! My partner and his friend chose the Big Al and even they were struggling... More

You've just gotta try it! The queue will likely be long but hang in there, it will be worth it. Don't worry about chips/fries, just get another burger if you're still hungry.

People having a whinge about the wait, WHAT!?!? Do the roar, and go eat some where without a queue and you'll realise why there's no one there, this place has it all- great food, awesome friendly helpful staff , atmosphere by the truck load, value for money and full bellies and smiley faces all around. Get your laughing gear around... More
