Go for breakfast or lunch maybe. Dinner service includes obnoxious front of house staff, not worth the drama now that there are more choices in our broken little city. Fiddlesticks is two minutes walk but a million miles away in terms of good service

Delicious lunch and would have returned another time if we'd be staying longer. Interesting menu that has obviously had a lot of thought put into it. Would definitely recommend for coffee or lunch and imagine the dinner is great too.

Called in for coffee, Shame we didn't have more time to stay for lunch. Quaint little cafe, with a professionally modern yet, homely feel. Good number of customers for that time of the day. Great decor and a number of different seating areas to suit the recluse, the socialite, or the sun-tan-junkie. Will have to go back to check out... More

My wife and I enjoyed a meal with another couple on a Friday night. 3 of us had the Lamb shoulder which was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and the gas fire was welcoming on a cold wet evening. The Hot Chocolate Supremo was as good a Hot Chocolate as I have had anywhere. A nice Marlborough Savignion Blanc was... More

Friendly wait staff, a warm friendly atmosphere and great food make this a good place to dine. The hollindase sauce is home made and very good the bacon is to die for. Worth a try.

Very good food and nice presented but the restaurant lacked a little ambiance. Within easy walking distance of the central CBD.

The two villas have been combined and tastefully decorated to retain their heritage. All four of us enjoyed our meals and would happily recommend the restaurant.

My husband and I had a wonderful, casual dinner here on a Friday night (now called "The Villas"). Clearly we were eating with the early birds around 6 as the restaurant really started buzzing about the time we left. We started with the Broccoli, Spinach and Blue Cheese beignets. If you can stand the taste of blue cheese, these are... More
