We went to this restaurant in 2005. It was absolutely packed early on a Saturday night, and it was our first time to eat Burmese food. What a great eatery, it's refreshing to go to a restaurant that's so genuine, where the food is fresh and so full of taste. Service is friendly and efficient. the only downside is it's hard to get a table if you haven't booked... say no more. more

We went to Bodhi Tree after reading the reviews on TA. It really is great Burmese food. We had a squid dish, fried tofu, and a third dish which I can't remember, but everything was flavorful, and wonderfully prepared. The service was impeccable. Our favorite meal of our entire trip!!! more

I had read in a number of guidebooks that the Bodhi Tree, a Burmese restaurant, is highly recommended (they all also recommended that we make reservations, which we did a few hours in advance). The food was very good and tasty, well done and presented and the service kind and profesional. We enjoyed it a lot! We are from Europe, used to many different types of food, we love spicy food from other regions. We found this restaurant the best among the ones we have tried in town (and we tried many). more
