I've been living in Christchurch for one year now and this is definitely the best café I've been to - almost every sunday. Great atmosphere, brilliant coffee, very good food. Love it !

I've been down in Christchurch for about a week now. As much as this place have been a little far out from where I'm currently staying, I must say it has quite an ecstatic feel. The moment you walk into this cafe, you feel like time have stopped. It has frozen long enough for you to view the woodern furnitures,... More

We love our coffee and Addington is one of the best places to enjoy it in Christchurch. Been here a couple of times when visiting our son, and although it can get crowded the coffee is fantastic

This place is a fancy modern coffee house. They also offer a great assortment of food but we didn't try that. We tried coffee and some cake. Both were very good - that's why I rated it exactly these 4 Stars. But you will find similar coffee all around town - New Zealand has a great coffee culture. Enjoy.

We loved this coffee shop which we happened upon because it was close to our holiday accommodation. Lovely space, friendly staff, nice food and excellent coffee. Child friendly too. A special thanks to Bruce who made our Aussie family group very welcome, and went out of his way to be kind and helpful the day my husband was unwell, and... More

Pretty good. Nice coffee and concept. Like the flags instead of table numbers. Slightly pretentious, especially in the way they won't swap any items in meals from how they're listed on the menu.

This place is very popular, and finding a table may be difficult at busy times. We arrived for a late lunch and the place was buzzing, but we managed to score a recently vacated table after ordering coffee and meals at the counter. Coffee arrived quickly and was very good. Great strength and milk foamed just as I like it.... More

This quirky coffee shop has an extensive & interesting menu for breakfast & lunch. The décor is relaxed with a variety of spots to sit. I found it the sort of place I could be on my own and feel at ease. However I ended up meeting people each time that still leaves me smiling. The food was delicious.
