My wife and I met another couple for breakfast here. The first thing that struck me was how popular the place was - we arrived just after opening time and within a few minutes the ordering queue at the counter was quite long. I ordered bacon and eggs and tomatoes which did not appear on the menu. It seemed quite... More

I love how down-to-earth the Co-Op feels while maintaining high standards in all areas. I'm a picky early-morning visitor... Gluten AND lactose intolerant. There is always something for me to eat. You can get a cooked breakfast and a coffee for under $20- which is hard to find in Christchurch these days. I frequent their laundromat and often stay for... More

You can get a decent but hardly startling local fare. Could be good for a group. The coffee was well made.

I have been here a couple of times - and always the same. Good food - good range in the menu - well priced and excellent service. Get your own utensils. We had Eggs Benedict. There were the usual versions and well done. An 'alternative' environment. Coffee was good. Consistently good.

We stayed at the Addington Court Motel and the couple running the motel recommended we come here for breakfast on the Sunday morning. They warned us that it would be busy and that we may have a bit of a wait but said it was worth it. We arrived about 10am and it was really busy but we joined the... More

ACC is a very popular place. Great food selection and good coffee. Don't go for a quite chat though as this place is very noisy. Like most places it has wooden floors and wooden furniture so everything is very noisy. The adjouning laundromat is well used. Like all cafes the food prices are creeping up.

ACC is just awesome. We have been regular visitors to this relaxed but very busy place for a very long time. Even on a cold and wintery day, it is a toasty warm place to come and relax. Our last visit proved to be as consistent as all our other visits. The coffee is always great - made with their... More

I had lunch here with my sister and best friend on a chilly Saturday; the place was buzzing and you had to be quick to grab a table! Food was all delicious - and nice to see a good selection of gluten-free options for the coeliac in our group. Love the quirky decor (mismatched chairs, milkshakes served in old glass... More

A friend out from London and I popped in for a coffee on s Sunday afternoon and ended up staying for nearly 2 hours talking. The atmosphere is lovely, cosy and quirky, service was very good, the young girls behind the counter were very pleasant and great customer service. The coffee and slices we had were very nice also, I... More

Great place to relax and unwind with a coffee and a Danish. Really enjoyed my first visit and all thanks to TA. Will definitely be back.
