Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff! Beetroot arancini were a stand out dish! Will definitely be back.

Went in today for some lunch, the food was pleasant and the service was attentive and more than adequate. It's becoming impossible to find places in Wellington that can even give proper service but I'm always happy to go here.

Have been here twice now. First time, could not have faulted it but the second time, we had barely finished our coffees when the owner/older waiter tried to whisk us out of our seats. Dont think I have ever had such rude service and it wasnt even busy. One person let the whole place down. Will not be coming here... More

We ordered two museli, tasted and looked good with two teas. No tea arrived whilst the waitress went on her break. Finished our Museli, then after 15 minutes we asked again for tea and asked for some toast and preserves. After another 20 minutes we gave up and when we went to pay, the waiter asked if we were paying... More

I am so sorry that we failed so miserably on this occasion. No excuses. This is unacceptable & we apologize unreservedly for performing so dismally. David More

We went in to have a simple dinner on a Tuesday night, it was quite quiet and late in the evening. The salmon and lamb dishes were cooked to perfection.

After a world cup cricket match we were hungry for dinner and we were staying up the road at the Southern Cross Apartments. We had a fantastic steak and lamb dish - just what we needed. We will definitely go there again when in Wellington.

Heard a lot about this place from people I work with so decided to check it out last Tuesday with a friend. We sat outside and were greeted buy a young guy, proper friendly and good service all around. Had one of the yummiest mochas I've had in Welly here too. Try the classic pancakes with bacon and bananas, really... More

Firstly we really loved the coffee, well made and presented and, importantly, tasted great! Best coffee in nz thus far!! Also decided to eat as other diners food looked nice, the smoked Salmon cakes with poached egg and hollandaise was perfect! But what we really enjoyed was the service. The owner David came out for a chat and we really... More

We asked a number of locals where the best place to eat was in Wellington and 3 out of 3 people recommended plum- and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere inside was great, we had a fabulous waiter who was just hilarious and the food was good. I had the lamb sliders and my partner had the beef burger. I was... More
