Restaurant Name: Siem Reap Restaurant Location: 66 Dixon Street, Te Aro, Wellington Date: 18th October 2014 (7pm) Food Type: Cambodian _______________________________________ Décor: (7.5/10) Dingy scaffolding running the length of several buildings makes it almost too easy to miss this place. Once inside though, I soon forget the outside world as I take in the surroundings. Some impressive Cambodian décor regales... More

We had a meal here based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We did need to book like it said and so pleased we did as they were very busy. We tried some different things to what we might have normally and enjoyed all things although maybe the med hotness might have been a touch to much for... More

Just been to Siem Reap and thoroughly enjoyed their food. First time there but a return is definitely on the cards. Four of us ate and we shared most of the tastes. The place was full but not oppressive and the wait staff attentive; nice ambience. See you again soon!

This was my first time here & I'll definitely be back. The food was delish- I had a stir fry spicy chicken dish which was full of fresh vegetables & chicken with a good amount of heat and a very generous serving. Hubby had a beef curry which was full of meat & flavour, another hearty portion & served with... More

Have tried a few of the SE Asian places (mostly Thai), and say hands down the best laap I've tried outside of Laos. The fish amok was quite different to the ones in Cambodia, but still taste nice. Roti was a good level of sweet and buttery and flaky.

You can,t do better than this in Wellington. We went there as a group of seven and had the set Menu A as a group of seven. $26.50 or thereabouts for a super variety of starters and main course washed down with a lovely Pinot Noir. It is not often I give 5 stars but this restaurant proaly deserved more,

Have had 3 great meals here and hope to have more! Would definately recommend stuffed chicken wings (YUM!!). Have also dined as a group and done the Set Menu (A), nice way to sample many tasty dishes. My favourite dishes were the ban chow and red curry. They have increased their prices over the years but I still think the... More

Had dinner here and really enjoyed the food. We opted simply for the entree platter for 3-5 just between the two of us, but that with a single side was enough food for our meal and gave us a whole range of flavours to try. The dishes were tasty and well presented and the servings a good size. The deep... More
