Fantastic setting in the heart of Wellington. The food was incredible, as was the service. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyable first night dinner in Wellington here. I might have expected more for a three hatted restaurant. Service was cold, food was nice but overall I had better experiences elsewhere without the hats.
We chose the 3 course meal and I can safely say every dish was exceptional in both taste and presentation. The service was excellent and our server was very friendly and helpful. The highlights were the Paua ravioli and the Chocolate mousse dessert.
thanks for the lovely feedback AKLwarrior! Hope to see you again soon.
Bit of a bucket list for us Aucklanders to dine here and it did not disappoint! Service, food atmosphere - all were exceptional. I love it when a restaurant knows exactly who ordered what and delivers this to the right person without it becoming a...lottery. Friendly, knowledgeable server and stunning food - we loved it. The only teen tiny criticism would be that it was a little dark at our table.More
Thanks for your kind words. Delighted to have you dine with us all the way from Auckland!
Having rated Logan Brown in November 2023 it is a shame that midweek dining experience so different. Valentines night… the menu was poorly presented and warm.. the excuse that all food served room temperature was a Pat excuse. Staff seemed busy and scurrying everywhere but...most time pointless scurrying… basic rule if you are Hardin to kitchen take an empty plate with you doesn’t seem to matter here. Again wine orders slow to arrive … they really need a sommelier for the charge levied. Wait staff unable to do both tasks effectively. Wait staff inattentive and casual… calling someone “love” seems a bit over familiar and relaxed for a usually great restaurant… don’t go mid-week is the lesson!More
We really enjoyed our dinner at Logan Brown. To start, who knew that butter could taste so good?! It was beautifully flavoured to go with the warm bread. So good. Every course was delicious. I really loved the paua ravioli. My husband and I ordered...different things so we could try each others. There wasn't a single thing that we didn't love. I had the pink lemonade cocktail and now wish I had written down what was in it - yum. The service was great, wait staff were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and non intrusive. Thoroughly enjoyed our night out. Thanks Logan BrownMore
Logan Brown had a choice of 3-4courses in each section of a set menu. The waitress was amazing as she helped us through the serving sizes, and by the end of dinner we were trying to recruit her to move to Canada. All of the...dishes were in ways simple and yet complex in tastes, textures, aroma and appearances. My wife and I ate different dishes and tasted a bit of each other's food, so we can say that we agree that everything was fantastic. The evening was not rushed, and we had time to enjoy the wine and desert, before leaving, feeling like we had just eaten our best meal in New ZealandMore
If you have the money to spend on a fine dining experience then you have to visit. Food is impeccable, drink menu vast and staff attentive to refilling drinks without being asked. Staff also overheard birthday wishes from friends so dessert plate came with Happy...Birthday written in chocolate sauce for the birthday lady.More
This was a special occasion which turned out to be very memorable for unexpected reasons. The building is delightful, grand and stately and the atmosphere very stylish. Staff were friendly and the menu enticing. All our choices were delicious, and the presentation of dishes so...artistic. Mid way through our main course the whole place shook... and earthquake. Whilst the glasses and bottles rattled the staff carried on, as did the diners, all except one teen who immediately did his Duck Cover Hold routine. Memorable indeedMore
Very good service for our large group. Somewhat limited choices to keep us served in a timely manner. Venison was very good. Lamb also very good. Gnocchi was okay a bit low on flavor. Desserts were good.
Absolutely outstanding food still being served at Wellington's iconic Logan Brown restaurant. 3 courses of food that not only tasted and smelt amazing, but looked simply gorgeous on the plate. Service was that most happy marriage between formal and informal, with all staff we encountered...being friendly, knowledgable and professional.More
We had the pleasure of dining at Logan Brown on November 25. The dishes, service, and atmosphere were delightful. The experience was one of the highlights during our visit to windy Wellington. Should we find ourselves there again we would not hesitate to revisit the...jewel of Cuba Street.More
We dined at Logan Brown mid week, and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Couldn't fault the food quality, presentation, or service. Everything was sensational, and we were treated as old friends rather than strangers who'd chosen to eat there - a rare experience. The surroundings...are warm and welcoming too, and unique, a first class restaurant !More
Highly recommend Logan Brown. The food was 5 star, perfectly seasoned & presented, amazing flavours. The staff are polite and attentive. Will visit again.
Out of this world dining experience. I have eaten around the world including fanciest places in Paris London and Brussels… this by far outmatched their offerings. The small menu is perfect as the chef got every flavour right. You could taste seasonings, especially pops of...fruit. Temperature of each dish was perfect with flavours alive. Service attentive and polite but a bit slow with drinks!More
