I was in large group that went to dinner and were treated really, really well. The staff were happy and friendly. They helped us make our choices and to explain the menu. When ordered, the food arrived quickly, was hot and very tasty. There was a great range of items in the banquet and we could not eat it all.... More

I waited for 40 minutes to get a menu. Then another hour until food was served. They seem to only serve one table at a time and CANNOT MULTITASK. Many other restauraunts in tauranga way better. People that came in after us were seved before us. NEVER COMING BACK AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY CLEAR

Good Food, Great Service and the BBQ Pork and Roasted Pork is the best I ever tasted outside of Auckland.

Generally rushed from the moment we sat down. Had to get our own napkins and drinks menu. Then had to ask for glasses.food came out staggered over 40 minutes. Asked to take what was left so the lady put into takeaway containers at the table and spilt food everywhere. Asian children yelling at their mom while she was serving and... More

Just really disappointing. On walking into a very quiet restaurant we were told where to sit from across the room from a waitress wearing a beanie and dressed like it was snowing inside. We were bought a pot of luke warm tea and then shown a menu, which we ordered 3 yum cha dishes from. Now waiting for food is... More

We dined for lunch with a group of 12. We all decided to order 2 yum cha dishes each to share between the table.. What actually came was obviously what they wanted to get rid of, 4-5 of the same thing, items that we didn't even order, items that weren't even on the menu.. And the waiter then played the... More

Typical of a New Zealand provincial restaurant really. Some good dishes (sweet and sour pork that was tasty and not bright orange and the smoky wok fried noodles were excellent). Other dishes bordered on average. Service was pretty good. However we did have to remind the staff to get our Tiger beer- unforgiveable that. Solid choice for a bit of... More

The yum cha choices is great although could do with a bit more variety. The food is very authentic Chinese, delicious and very appetising. The service is always prompt, efficient and ;friendly, most of the times. It is quite of good value. I love the desserts especially the ice cream balls, sesame balls and custard pudding. I eat here quite... More

My friend & I decided to grab a bite to eat before we headed to the movies (just around the corner). We were given a warm greeting, shown to a table & asked what drinks we would like to order. Our waitress was attentive & efficient & quickly brought our drinks to us & took our meal order, steaming bamboo... More

My husband & I visited this authentic Chinese restaurant two days ago & were greatly impressed by the professional, courteous service & steaming hot food that arrived at our table very quickly. We had booked ahead of time & arrived early evening, we were given a warm greeting & asked which table we would like to be seated at. A... More
