After checking into the Rotorua Hotel, we told Dawn ( the proprietor) that we were starving and needed food, pronto! She recommended Capers and gave us a voucher. After having been there, we would have gone without the voucher! Fantastic food. Over 3 evenings , my husband and I valiantly tried to eat our way through the menu and found... More

On the recommendation of the owner of our motel, this became our "go to" spot each morning in Rotorua for breakfast. Liked that they offered a variety types of breakfasts (i.e light or heavy) and all were tasty! Service is minimalist in that you place the order at the counter and they bring you the food but very friendly and... More

We had breakfast, and bought take away lunches, here recently. The breakfasts were great and the cabinet food options (particularly the salads) were (as always) excellent. This place is well worth a visit if you are in Rotorua.

Was very surprised by this place as initially I thought it was just a deli style place. Whilst you still have to go to the counter to order and collect your own cutlery, food is brought out in a timely manner and was of a really high quality. French toast was really fresh and the yoghurt side was to die... More

This was recommended by the tourist information booth person and it was a great place. The service, in this cafeteria like restaurant was outstanding. The personnel were helpful and then some. We only wanted something from New Zealand and not only were we shown what to choose, but it was all explained. When we said that we were going to... More

Second time visiting Rotorua. We didn't go to this place before. I guess is one of the best places to go to eat. Very nice restaurant, you can choose different kind of food. Fast service. Good prices.
