My two teenage sons and I went to Eat Streat and found Cafe Ephesus - the wood fired pizza was the draw. We sat just inside the restaurant as outside was full. Drink orders were taken and then food - my youngest ordered the Rotovegas pizza, my eldest the Maghrib chicken and myself the Meze. Drinks took ages to come... More

First time I have been here, loved it - service and food excellent. Atmosphere nice, staff friendly. A nice choice of food without being over the top. Would recommend :)

We attended the eat street on a rather busy Saturday night. All of the places had their own draw cards but I was sold on the wood fire oven pizza Ephesus was offering. The wait was around 40 minutes for the food because it was so busy, we were told before we sat down that this was to be expected... More

My family and I went for a lovely dinner out while on holiday. That's not what we got. Service was average. There was no atmosphere. I ordered the pasta, which was fine but no nicer than I could cook I the day. The kids meal was good value. My husband ordered the mixed grill. It looked like slop on a... More

I asked for medium-rare steak, what I got was a medium-rare but it wasn't what I thought was at all rump steak at a price of $27.50. The salad was dry had no dressing. The rice was average and very watery, like it had been defrosted. I gave this feedback to the manager and it wasn't very well received, however... More

I dined here with my husband and 3 kids. It can be pretty expensive to eat out with 3 children, however this did not turn out to be the case when dining here. The children's pizza was big enough for 2 to share and very delicious. I found the service to be friendly, the meal tasty and the price was... More

Meze dish was a great shared starter. All of us had pizza most were happy with the choice . Good and filing. I had a rotovegas- think a bit of everything which was a mistake I feel. I understand the pasta dishes are great. May return but would make a different choice

We had the lavas sandwich. While very good tasting, it did not had a lot of meat and was hard to grab.

My husband & I eat here whenever in Rotorua for lunch & both get the pasta, one lamb & one chicken. They are both great, large portions (ask for takeaway for the leaftovers if like me you can't eat it all). Friendly staff mostly, very good value for money.

This is the WORST DINING EXPERIENCE we ever had at Eat Street in Rotorua. We are walk in guests, we asked for table inside the restaurant as we have our elderly mother with us and she doesn't want to sit outside. At first the wait staff is trying to encourage us to sit outside then after we told him we... More
