Excellent food

We were a group of 5 friends checking out options on for lunch. 3 of us were vegetarians and were about to leave since they menu did not have much to offer. But then the chef/owner came by and offered to make things off the menu for us !! The food was excellent and so was the service. We tried... read more

We ate here twice during our recent 5 night stay in Paihia and had excellent meals on both occasions. It had a good ambience with an excellent live singer. Service was good and everyone was friendly. The restaurant looks like it may only cater for backpackers but this is not the case. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.

In 2015 an establishment offering food of this low standard should not be in business. The service is equally forgettable..at one point we had to ring from our table to get someone to come to our outside table with another bottle of wine..do you, your tastebuds and wallet a favour and go somewhere else. It could not be worse.

The waitress or host was lovely at first, and I also think she might be a co-owner of the place. However when I ordered an apple juice and vege burger, they both came with hairs attached, with the longer one in the pattie of the burger. When the waitress/host came to ask if all was well, I told her of... More

I walked past this place maybe 10 or 20 times. It reminded me of a cantina/type place in Mexico. I had checked out the menu a few days earlier and thought not too much of it. My son mentioned he had been for dinner there a few days earlier, recommending the chicken with spinach. I dropped in at 6.00.p.m. on... More

Four *s may be a tad generous, but for the price we each had a decent dinner snack. We went because Tito's is directly opposite our hotel. The menu was varied and the prices looked good. I had a very nice burger, my partner had an enjoyable chicken enchilada. There was a good deal on house beer and wine; we... More

My fiancée and I went to titos on our first night in Paihia. We go back a few times a week now. Best food in town without a doubt! Great value! Open late! Can't rave about this place enough! Seriously! The burritos, the hotrolls and the garlic fries! Can not be beaten!

We ate here for dinner the night we arrived in Paihia. The place was right down the hill from our hotel so it was perfect for us after traveling in from Sydney. The service was quick, the food was good; I ordered enchiladas which had a bit of an appreciated spicy kick and my partner ordered something with pork and... More

Well, that was what my wife said. She had a seafood pasta and thought it was the best she had ever tasted. Everything about this restaurant suited us. It was close to our accommodation, homely yet with a bit of class. Good background music and attentive staff. Prices were very reasonble and portion sizes perfect. The only negative we found...
