I visited this café with my girlfriend on our day out. We had breakfast and coffees. The food wasn't cheap but well worth it! We both really enjoyed the coffee as well (on my flat white the barrista did some nice latte art). The staff was friendly and helpful. The next time I'll visit napier I'll definitely grab a coffee... We were looking for somewhere to have breakfast and not knowing Napier we looked for a busy cafe which usually that means its good food! We weren't dissapointed, our breakfast and coffee were very good. The lunch menu and caninet food also looked very appetising, we will definatley come back next time!

This used to be the place for the morning coffee pilgrimage for the in crowd, but alas no more. What was once a snazzy upbeat vibe has declined into a rather shabby lost dream and although I can't vouch for the quality of the coffee I did think that the food selection was not as good as it once was.... Had a nice lunch here, food was good, took quite a while to come out but there were quite busy. It was a holiday and they were charging an extra surcharge which always is a little annoying, and my wife's lunch had a hair on the plate, however despite that the food was good and we decided not to made... We went to this cafe as it is always really busy, their outdoor seating runs along the street and it always very busy, so we thought that it was worth a try as it must be good to be that busy. We had a lovely Italian waitress who guessed we were new and came out to tell us that we... More

Would not be out of place in any big city. It certainly has the big city vibe. Great service and coffee. I went early and avoided the crowds! It is on the street, but let's face it is not Manhattan. French toast was also recommended.

This busy friendly café is well located on the sunny side of Tennyson Street. Accordingly outside seating is well patronised. Serviced spot one as is the coffee. They also do "takeaway" drinks. Wide selection of food although the gluten free range could be extended to offer celiacs more variety. Overall difficult to fault.

After arriving in Napier and being dragged in to a few shops before brunch I was well and truly ready to eat. The last shop we were in suggested this place and as it was close by there was no argument from me. Man was I glad we went in to that shop. Did I really say that? Ujazi had... More

Had brunch with my Mum after just arriving back in Napier for a long time, never been here before. Had poached eggs and creamy mushrooms, really good!! Flat white bowl also delicious, I missed my kiwi flat white, we do it so well. BUT the noise inside is horrendous! Concrete floors and high ceilings mean noise is amplified so if... More
