We had a full breakfast for $20 (most expensive one all weekend), advertised on board with middle cut bacon (the only type I eat) and Lincoln sausage, mushrooms, tomato etc. The food in the cabinets looks amazing so thought it was going to be really good. Asked for extra soft eggs for hubby but mine to be cooked enough so... More

During work in Napier in May I was happy to have a few lunches at Cappadonna. The food selection is good, and always nicely presented. Nice fresh food. Great for the working lunch. The coffees are pretty good to. Just to top it all off, the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This cafe is lovely, They have a great outdoor seating area out the front of cafe. It's right in the centre of town in one of the main shopping streets. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu. They have a cabinet full of lovely cakes.

This place is well situated, right in the center of Emerson Street, Napier where shops are located. It offers a variety to eat and drink but unfortunately does not have a toilet (you will need to go to a public one on Dickens Street). Here the outdoor seating is nice and preferable as the inside of the cafe is rather... More

Huge choice of delicious food. Service variable from extremely friendly to totally unhelpful. No loo for miles, so plan a toilet stop before going to this place.

There were three of us. We ordered brunch, having parked on the meter which only allows for an hour. We ordered an omelette, French toast and the all day breakfast.... This took over 40 minutes to arrive. People who had arrived after us were getting served!!! We had to ask a waitress where the food was. When it finally came... More

Best is probably the location and outdoor seating. Food is ok, nothing extremely good but not bad. Staff is friendly and attentive though sometimes too fast and rushing, cleared plates even though I haven't finished eating. Would come back though.

Brunch on Sunday 16 March, not busy waited 45 mins plus for very ordinary brunch food below average. Couple just before us had finished brunch and gone 10 mins before we received ours only 4 of us and not a huge amount to cook.

It was Art Deco Parade Saturday and the crowds were building up. With comfortable pavement tables, chairs and market umbrellas attracted us to Cappadonna. The service was excellent, the coffee hot and strong (Gravity coffee is always great) and the food tasty, generous and good value for money. A popular cafe to come back to again.
