Who knew we would find an exceptional Turkish restuarant in Napier? Locate in the downtown core , the decor was very well done and left no doubt that the meal would be authentic . It is a byob but the very helpful staff provided glasses without being asked. The food arrived piping hot and was very tasty. Reservations are a... More

This was not on our stop but was recommended by fellow travellers who returned with us for a second consecutive evening of excellent Turkish cuisine! Every meal (6 people in total) raved about the flavourful combinations of traditional dishes. Prices were reasonable. No complaints at all. Great evening!

Had takeaway dinner from there tonight. Had a lovely combination of babaganoush with pita bread and grilled swordfish on rice, which wasn't dry at all and had a lovely lemony zing to it. The dips and salad that it came with were very tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back for a sit down dinner soon.

Arriving in Napier without a dinner booking we were at least able to sit down rather than get a takeaway. After placing an order at the counter the food came quite quickly and it was tasty and satisfied a need. It's soft drinks only unless you come prepared with your own alcohol.

Can't wait to go back!!! The best Turkish mean we have ever had. We were warmly greeted and seated, the staff here are just amazing. No alcohol served in this restaurant but you are able to byo. Food well priced we both had a main and bread and dips and it was under $60.

Nicely decorated interior and fresh, tasty, well priced turkish food. All the favorites. Try the Borek which is made there by owners wife. Excellent flaky filo pastry filled with fresh spinach and creamy feta and garlic. Twist of lemon over, it is really special. Recommend for families, casual, on a budget.

An excellent meal in Napier. This BYO with endless menu options was a great choice. Fresh, fast and large portions make this place a must go. Whether looking for a sit down meal or takeaway option, hit this place up when you are in town!

It's not licensed so BYO (no corkage charge). We tried the halloumi to start and this would easily be enough as a a main. The mixed grill was lovely but I was a bit disappointed with the Inscape? Meal which had very small pieces of chicken which had almost no texture but otherwise all fresh and good value. Everyday food... More

We stumbled upon Kilim when we first arrived and it was also recommended by our host at our B&B. The food is wonderful with generous portions and reasonable prices. The service was very good. And it is also BYOB. There is ample seating as well as a take away menu. Would recommend eating here.

This is a cafe style restaurant. It is BYO only, I am not sure if it charges corkage I don’t think so though. By far the best tables are in a side courtyard, so if the weather is good ring ahead and reserve one of those. The service is efficient and friendly, and meals are served quickly. The menu is...
