Great Place

Recommended to try from the place we were staying, lovely location on the sea front and staff very friendly. Nice choice of menu, a little different and all cooked and presented well.

..Late arrival Napier restaurant had poor attention to arrivals. We found lots of better options close by Was told ''sold out'' at the restaurant with many empty tables at 8.30pm..seemed a ''go away '' answer ..Which seemed even firmer as the restaurant stayed empty..The answer was that they did not want an 8.30pm arrival..Fair enough, but just say it..Was a Saturday... A must for lunch. Food was fabulous . Great location good atmosphere and value for money. Can either order from cabinets or from a menu! We had the latter and would highly recommend.

We were recommended, and the place has some good reviews. We must have been unlucky with our choices, falafel and a glass noodle dish for lunch, left a lot to be desired, the noodle dish although Asian in concept, was full of big hunks of capsicums, semicooked, some chicken, and sauce, was totally lacking in flavour. The falafel experience was... More

A busy place with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were efficient and friendly. The 4th time we had to shuffle onto the end of one of the bench tables with another group but people didn't mind - we moved to our own table when one became free. When the weather is inclement you can still sit outside as they... More

Whilst staying in the ajoining Crown Hotel we decided to go for dinner at Milk & Honey. How aptly named. Our meal was sublime and one of the best meals I have had since we arrived in NZ. If staying in the centre of Napier it might be well worth the trek to Ahuriri to sample the delectable food at... More

Stayed at the Crown Hotel next and used the restaurant for breakfast. Good service and selection on the breakfast menu. Good coffee but ask for the coffee to be served with your breakfast. Tip if you are staying at the Crown you can charge your bill to your room number by showing your room card. Well worth visiting the restaurant... More

We had breakfast here two days in a row. The place is popular so recommend getting here before 10am on the weekend. Really interesting menu. I had the spiced pumpkin waffle with pear and yoghurt. It was sensational. The waffle was nice and light and the serving of fruit was generous. The coffee was only so so. My partner had... More

The location was full of people who had been exercising so large group of people so end up being cramped while they had so many chair at small tables. Our order was taken when it arrived it had the incorrect bread and had to ask for the bacon that went with the meal as completely left off.
