Most accommodating. Good prices delicious wine. Chefs willing to cook a vegetarian meal that wasn't on the menu. One vege meal was pretty small and perhaps wasn't worth the money but other meals worth it!

A nice place with great food, we did have a bit of a miss understanding about the menu through the hotel, we went for dinner and breakfast and can't fault the food, although the breakfast sausage was a little odd at that time if the day, that's just a personal option. The staff at breakfast were nice and friendly.

We were looking for restaurant/café where I could have something tasteful and exciting that could match my food intolerances. We discovered it while driving alone the coast. This restaurant is a really good surprise. excellent lamb dish, beautiful presentation, good prices, fast service... A good value !

I dined here on a Monday night for dinner and it was very busy. I sat at the larger communal table. The staff were a mixed bag - one girl was really good- friendly and chatty, the other would hardly crack a smile. I had the lamb dish which was enjoyable with some good red wine. I had the ice... Ate breakfast here as we were staying at the Crown Hotel. The breakfast was sooo good and sooo fresh! Would have loved to have had all of my meals here. The portions are kind of big though, so you might want to share! (traveled in May 2013)

Attached to The Crown Hotel this cafe is used by the hotel and has a charge back system available. Breakfast was great, sea views and great morning sun. Prices were very good also.

I had been a couple of times for a morning coffee but never for dinner. Brought a group of 10. We all enjoyed our meal. Quite busy for a Monday night. My medium rare venison was nice and pink and tender with lovely sauces and interesting vegetable presentation. They just needed to get my mains out quicker as it was... More

Had dinner here while staying in The Crown Hotel which is part of the same complex but a separate business. Had a cheerful and helpful waitress who helped us sort out an issue regarding the deal we had bought through the hotel. We found the food to be above average in some courses - great lamb starter and chocolate desert... More
