Lunchtime

Had a really nice lunch here at Sushi Train. Good service by all staff and a good choice of Sushi. The Miso Soup was full of flavour.

Sushi was delicious. The service was great and they were quite well priced. The only negative was the lack of sushi other than seafood. I hate seafood yet it felt like 90% of the sushi was octopus, or prawns, or fish etc. There was very little chicken or vegetarian. I have been to the one in Australia numerous times and... More

The conveyor (train) of sushi dishes flows around enticing people to eat more than they really need, as the food is on show all the time. Of course the kids are a lot more due to the show. And it's not the price effective way to eat sushi. I may go back but it certainly won't be a once a... More

Sushi can be a bit average, and slow to come around, but kids still get a kick out of sushi coming round on conveyor belt. Sometimes best to order off the menu. It's not overly cheap, so choose wisely, 4 of us was $80. There is a huge blackboard for kids to colour on and music for them to dance... More

Not too badly priced. Fresh and tasty. I love the idea and it is a fun place to eat with friends. A great variety of food and always the option of asking for something different.

Yum yum yum. Great selection. Reasonable priced. Very filling! Friendly staff. Would go once a week if we lived in Auckland. Food restaurant websites need to tell us out if towners suggestions for parking,

My son would give this restaurant 5 in rating, since this is his favourite restaurant in Auckland. He loves to choose from the dishes that goes round and round. The sushi is okay, but in Auckland there are many sushi restaurants, and many of them are both better and/or cheaper.

I have been to Sushi train quite a few times... I have not been impressed as there are a few awesome Japanese in their neighborhood and I know the best sushi place in Auckland!!! But if you want to grab something small, quick and potentially healthy it is the right choice.

Loved the food, setting, atmosphere, service. Italian cuisine is delicious. Portafino is a well known restaurant with great cuisine. Would go back time and time again.
